“We are from out of town and bought daily pass. So glad we found this little hidden gym. The machine was nice and up to date. The gym was clean and neat. I did not feel intimidated walking in to work out. Met the gym owner, Nick. Who helped us with the door code. The daily pass process is great. We visit our family and now we won’t miss out on our routine. Can’t wait to get back to it. Also there is nice coffee shop walking distance nearby.”
“My grandson has been taking classes for over 2 years now. He recently received his brown belt. These classes have done wonders for his development both physically and emotionally. I am very proud of him and thank his instructor Lisa Hall. She is a dedicated and caring instructor and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!”

“This place is the BEST gym hands down. Period. I have lived other places, tried other gyms, but none of them compare to here. Rob, Murphy, Cortez, and the whole gym family are home, and they really are the best to be around. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym that will push you past your goals, and also treat you like family this is the one. Prices are reasonable and they offer more than enough for anything you could be looking for. I can’t hype about it enough????
