The oil They always treat me right. They helped me with an awkward mower exchange last week. The oil dipstick was loose on the first use and the oil level was quite low. I was afraid that serious damage had been done to the engine so they exchanged the mower.

We’ve done our fair share of shopping at Lowe’s in DeFuniak Springs, but tonight really stood out. While searching for plumbing supplies and starting to feel a little defeated, we had the pleasure of meeting Mike in the plumbing department. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — and we even watched him do the same for other customers! In a world full of average customer service, Mike is a reminder of what great service looks like. Lowe’s needs more employees like him. Thanks, Mike!

I'm giving this review pertaining to all Lowe's stores. In my opinion Lowe's is like Target at home Depot is like walmart. Home Depot and Lowe's both have the same stuff however I found almost 95% of the time home Depot is cheaper. Home Depot is a little bit more gritty and there is sawdust almost everywhere which is okay Lowe's is a lot cleaner in my opinion however that really doesn't seem necessary when shopping for planks of wood or new hardware for your kitchen drawers.The thing that keeps me out of Lowes and what keeps me in home Depot is Lowe's customer service. They have this judgmental look on their face almost every single employee. If you are not up to their standards as a human being they don't want you shopping in their store. I find that unbelievably upsetting disgusting and makes me want to vomit. The only reason why I go to Lowe's now is because there is no home Depot in my town. Don't get me wrong I don't want to speak for every single Lowe's employee because I have met a couple a handful I guess a really nice warm people that were just like me. But it's usually the customer service people that are just awful.

This is the absolute best home improvement store in NW Florida and the finest Staff I have ever encountered. Expect to be greeted an helped with the most common to most obscure home improvement projects that you have. We also own a small business and their pro team are top notch. I cannot recommended this store enough!

We want to thank Lowe’s for reining their employees so good! We were two ladies attempting to load 12 bags of mulch into our car and a young man (name tag) Camren passing by came to help us. On this hot day this was much appreciated. ***** 5 star customer service

0 stars if that was an option. Used to shop here all the time but service and return policies have made it incredibly frustrating to deal with.. just not worth the trouble. I'd rather drive to 2-3 other places to get what I need rather than deal with them. I'm sure the owner will reply with a customer support number so folks can vent frustrations on underpaid call center workers who can't do anything to help you instead of actually taking accountability and working with customers locally to resolve issues.

Terrible changes to return policies and bad customer service. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here recently and they refuse to accept Lowe’s branded products, unopened in original packaging if you’ve lost the receipt. They won’t even do store credit. This is maybe $30 worth of product, and they are losing all my future business over it.i have canceled my Lowe’s credit card, my Lowe’s account and will never shop here again thanks to this new policy and customer service.
Edited update: owner replies with the corporate customer support number.. budy I already called that before posting this review and they were no help. Here is an idea.. how about you have someone local actually address concerns instead of giving lip service and posting a corporate customer service phone number that is of no help to anyone. They don’t give a crap people.. vote with your wallet.

We purchased 7 new appliances from Lowe’s that were delivered on Monday. We work like most people & didn’t have time for them to do the installation. Which we are perfectly capable of. DO NOT make that mistake. We started installing today, 3 days after delivery. So far the stove does not work. Guess what, no return if it’s over 24 hours after delivery. Now we get to go through the warranty process which by the look of the reviews will also not turn out well. Thank you Lowe’s for teaching us a very valuable lesson today. One more reason that I despise dealing with a corporate company. I am extremely disappointed in this policy & want other people to be aware. Get the installation so they can put it back on the truck if it doesn’t work.
