This place is horrible and so is Jackie! My husband and I just went in at 4:10 today to get a deed notarized. We waited in line and when our turn for teller we were told, it will be just a moment. We went to teller bc no one was in the office. After waiting in line waiting on the next teller for 13 minutes. We were then told how can I help you? I said I need to get a paper notarized. She then said go sit over there and wait on this other lady who had just came through to help an older lady with her check problem. We go sit for a few minutes then, Jackie. Came over from the teller side. My husband and I were sitting there and also a couple that had came in while we were still standing in the teller line. Jackie intentionally ignores us and waited on the other couple and said I don’t know who was here first… yes she did!! She seen us in line for 13 minutes before she told me to go sit down and wait. After we sat there waiting to be seen, again, she then lets the couple out and says come in and let me look at your document. Mind you it was to sign for my name to come off a deed. Then with attitude says, have a seat so we can start. She looked at it and says, yeah, they don’t let us do deeds anymore. We can only do poa notary! Is this a race issue?!?! We’re we passed over time and time again and didn’t leave there until 4:49 after getting there at 410 bc she didn’t want to wait on us bc we are Caucasian? That’s what it sure seemed like! My husband and I didn’t fit what she wanted to too or the people she wanted to help or speak with… She could have told us at any time that she couldnot sign my document. She should be ashamed of herself and the way she treats people and not to mention customers. I am changing my bank services. This bank has been nothing but a headache since we decided to go with Regions! We needed a bank office close to home. This was definitely a bad choice!! Zero stars!!!

Terrible bank!!! Been a customer there for 20 years and couldn't get a check cashed. Made a deposit to my business account and wanted to cash a check on another account same bank and they would not cash it without id which I didn't have with me, because I am just 2 blocks from bank just locked door to my business to go make deposit and cash a check. Or I thought that is what I was going to do.

Spent 3 weeks trying to get a loan there. Waste of time. Credit score is well above 800. Used a fully paid off house as collateral worth more than 250k. Only needed 20k for a new roof. But I don't qualify.

Jackie Scott is quite possibly the most unsettling person I've encountered while dealing with this branch in DFS. When I established my business in Miramar Beach, I chose Regions for it's reputation and convenience of location. I've been a business client for 8 years, and the few times I've needed help with anything from this branch, she has been borderline rude. She speaks to the clients like small disobedient children and has very little patience for any questions you might have. It's almost like your presence is an annoyance to her. Choose a different bank.

Went to drive thru to deposit for my business and cash a personal check. Had to show my ID. I have had an account with Regions for 20 years don't dare ask for my ID. Would not have posted this if I could have gotten anyone to answer the phone.

The Dothan Branch has always been fantastic to deal with. Mother and I both bank here and they always are pleasant and easy to do business with.

Regions is absolutely horrible! I had a saving account with them and have never been charged a monthly fee until this month! The reason was you have to have so much money in the account each month not to be charged this fee! So ppl who are trying to save money and can’t afford to save $300 each month are penalized! They take money away from struggling individuals! #regionsagainstsinglemothers #regionstakesfromthepoor

This is the worst bank I've dealt with in years. They have these little hidden fees and rules that evidently are not bendable. Their app is not complete at all, one can't see or download statements or see payments due on accounts. That caused me to miss a less than $5 minimum home equity loan payment by one day, which they of course reported as a late payment to the credit bureaus, spiraling my score down almost 90 points! I complained at the branch, they reimbursed the $35 late payment fee, but could not (or would not?) reverse the credit bureau report. I even disputed it with the credit bureau, but they confirmed the missed payment. So now I have a late payment report on my credit report for SEVEN YEARS! All for a less than $5 charge. I also had a checking account with direct deposit of my monthly social security check. But as that payment date is the 3rd Wednesday of each month, there were some months when the deposit wouldn't hit before the statement closing date, thereby causing a monthly $10 service charge. The bank rep could not figure out how to change the closing date or make a note on the account, so I closed that account. This all happened close to 2 years ago, and I'm still mad about it...

If I could give negative stars, I would. I'm not nor will I ever be a customer at regions after the way my mother was treated. My grandmother died in May of this year ( 2018). My grandma went in w/ my mom to put her on the account. When they went in, no one told them they needed to sign for both checking and savings. They signed for what they thought would handle both upon her death. My mother was only able to deal w the checking account. That's fine, we understand policy, even though no one told them at the time... what is not fine is how my mom was treated. She is grieving her mother and got absolutely NO sensitivity on the matter. She wrote a letter to the branch manager and corporate over a month ago with details. I'm not going to go into all the details on here. If they would take the time to read the letter, they would know what happened. She has yet to receive a response from either. Maybe your staff should have some sensitivity training! Dealing w a death of a loved one is bad enough, but having someone just shrug their shoulders at u is insulting!! Absolutely unacceptable!

This bank is the worst so far. Tammy Brown was my manager.Had my first check processed 10 days. Online transfers are unavailable. Zelle doesn't work. Cash app transfer was not approved by this bank and customer service is unavailable on weekends. Plus, another payment to the credit card was not available.DO NOT RECOMMEND. And those "specialists" may need a different jobs.
