“If I could give Mr. Marcus Von Doom more than 5 ⭐ I would!! In my very humble opinion this man has gone over and beyond what other businesses will do for their customers. I’ve been dealing with STUPID fed ex with a package I’ve been trying to get delivered for OVER A MONTH and this man, Marcus Von Doom, is the ONLY ONE that has reached out, made phone calls, sent out emails trying to find out what’s going on. Meanwhile fed ex has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! But Mr. Marcus has BENT OVER BACKWARDS for me trying to figure it out. So if you are shipping a package or just need questions answered this is the one you need to come see!!!! This is someone who understands what customer service is and also applies it in his daily work ethic. So please share the love and make sure you visit Mr. Marcus Von Doom at Quick Pak and Ship he’s got you covered!”

“Store rep should've recommended that I use their shopping cart to bring in shipment to send, but having everything pre-packaged and labeled was advantageous. Store rep said would be picked up the next morning; only scheduled pickup is afternoon.”
