Really well stocked, super clean, great selection! Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. New store with better layout, parking and access to outdoor items.

I am so happy that they added a pet wash station area in the new store, they have them everywhere down south and i had been asking if we would have one. I used it for the first time and its definitely nice to have but i was extremely disappointed in the condition of the area. They do not clean the room because there was dog hair everywhere, i was in there when they opened at 8am so it was left that way from yesterday. I mean there were huge balls of hair on floor, in the towels, the wash gloves and every brush. I spent about 10 minutes cleaning the brushes and wash gloves before i could start. Other than that i am glad we have it, i hope they start cleaning it up or put a vacuum in there so we can clean up easier and faster.

What is the point of having a tractor supply if they’re always out of everything you need? And I mean ALWAYS. Specifically chicken items/food,horse feed, metal clips, and electric fence supplies. And “their truck comes on Fridays “ is always the excuse. Friday comes (today) and still no horse feed.

I had tried to order 40 bags of pellets last week to be delivered. After 2 days I finally told they did not have a driver!! Today I drove myself to pick up order. I lost my 69.00 perk as a good neighbor.
The highlight was Austin loading my truck and being so kind give him kudos

3 weeks ago, I went to TS to buy 5 bags of Barn Lime. Their website said 14 bags in stock at the store. Not believing me, the clerk looked it up as I stood there and sure enough, it said they have 14 bags, but they had none. Today, I went to TS to buy 4 bags of pelletized lime because their website said they had 26 bags in stock at the store. They didn't have any. Moral of the story is: Just go to Ace Hardware. What they advertise they have in stock, and they provide drive through loading.

I came in tonight (10/20) just to socialize my puppy a little and find her a little toy. I came in with my puppy as well as my three children. The lady working noticed my puppy was nervous so she went out of her way to love on her and bring her a treat. By the time I made it to the register my littlest one was throwing a fit. The man working the register was amazing and helped me multitask. He helped me put all of my things in a bag and even helped me grab it so I could pick up the screaming toddler with my other arm! Great service and the best employees!
