Tell me why Stephanie told me she couldn't fill my prescription of oxycodone for only 7 days and my prescription was for 56 pills?
I went to crestview and the doctor told me whoever said that b.s. Just didn't want to sit and count out the prescription. I just got out of the hospital and have a fractured hip, broken scaphoid, broken ankle, with 8 screws and a titanium plate under my heel bone. She said the prescription has to have non acute pain on the prescription. Please inform me because I had to go all the way to crestview. They filled the prescription with ease.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Your car will run out of gas in the drive through. Kinda ruins the convenience factor. I don’t know what takes so long to hand someone a bag of pills and take their money. I’ll be transferring to a different pharmacy. No wonder Walgreens are closing down all over the country. I hate this place.

This is the only walgreens that always rejects my coupons even though the system takes the coupons. Always saying that there is fake coupons, if it is then the system wont take but mine have never not worked. This is the closests walgreens to me now since i moved to freeport, but may no longer shop at them since it'll require me to drive at least 45 mins for 1 that respects customers by letting them use the rewards they earn.

I am writing to express my frustration with the consistently poor service I have experienced at your [location] pharmacy. My most recent visit was yet another disappointment, reinforcing my decision to take my business elsewhere.
Today, I waited at the drive-through for over 10 minutes while both the pharmacist and an assistant continued filling prescriptions, never acknowledging me. Despite being told twice that someone would assist me, no one did. This is not an isolated incident—this is the fourth time I have encountered unacceptable delays and disregard for customer service at this store.
As a result, I have chosen to switch to Amazon Pharmacy, even though I am now paying double. The cost is worth avoiding the ongoing frustration and lack of professionalism I have repeatedly faced at Walgreens.
I am bringing this to your attention because I believe no customer should have to deal with such poor service, and I hope you take action to improve your pharmacy operations. However, after multiple negative experiences, I will not be returning.

This is about the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, went to get wife's meds filled and was told would be ready in an hour, I waited an hour in town then went back and was told the med wasn't in stock. Are you stupid. Then called to get meds filled was told 11 Friday, now my wife has epilepsy and has to have meds, so wife went Friday was told it would be ready Monday, it's a good thing I hadn't went. So go Monday and guess what, yep still not ready. Had to have another pharmacy in another town fill her meds. I have never left a review on a pharmacy in my life but this calls for one. If you got meds that you need you better just go somewhere else or your health might be put in danger. There was one guy that got insurance to work the first time and saved us money and he is very nice and respectful but there's another guy that has a constipated look on his face like he doesn't know why he there.

Never has the medicine you need and only makes up excuses every time my insurance only goes through them but will be dropping my insurance for another just because of Walgreens
