The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable, and always cheerful, offering personal service and walking customers directly to the items they need. As a smaller store, it may not have everything, requiring a trip to another location or an online order for some items. Many find it a quick, easily accessible, and favorite place for house needs, much easier and less overwhelming than big home improvement stores. While some prices are a little higher, customers feel it is worth less aggravation. The crew is appreciated for their assistance and for making shopping a pleasant experience.
This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and super knowledgeable! They really know their stuff. I appreciate Patty Blair so much. If I walk in the door she knows where every bolt is. She always walks me to the items I need. Hats off to this beautiful crew We all appreciate you very much!
