I go to Ace every few months, the staff is always polite and ready to help! The owner Matt is a super nice guy, and VERY knowledgeable about his products! I think the cashier's name was Patty, you will absolutely love her downhome approach to things. And she saved me alot of money by educating me on a few things! I love the hometown feel of this store!! I'm an animal lover too, and they always have dog treats!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and super knowledgeable! They really know their stuff. I appreciate Patty Blair so much. If I walk in the door she knows where every bolt is. She always walks me to the items I need. Hats off to this beautiful crew

This is my favorite place. I love the hardware store it's so much easier to get in and out of than the big home improvement stores. Some prices are a little higher but it is worth having less aggravation and being overwhelmed. Love my hometown Ace.

I have always received attentive service from the cashiers to the manager. If I cannot find what I need, the staff helps me. I don't have to load mulch or soil. The men handle that for me.
I feel like I am a valued customer.
