The staff was fantastic n my order went great.As far as the product ( Dewalt 8 “ mini electric chainsaw) . Matt this things is sweet , spent all weekend clearing the property, n it stood up like a monster and ate through the challenge I gave it I would highly recommend having them n other brands in house . It was so light weight n easy to use .Thanks

Ace hardware is always beat the big box stores. Everybody in there was friendly and helpful and they had a very good selection. I found everything I needed.

My wife and adult daughter went and an employee named Vern was very nasty to them...uncooperative and insulting and all but said they were unintelligent several times. I will never go to that Ace ( I might go have a chat with Vern ) and I will tell anyone who asks not to as well !

So much more expertise here than at the box stores. The prices are more competitive than I expected. I am choosing to come here more and more vs lowes or home depot.

This hardware store has EVERYTHING you might need. I found an item here that I needed, yet couldn't find elsewhere ... not even in Lowe's or Home Depot. What a blessing! While I was walking around trying to find the item, a gentleman who worked there noticed it, came over to me and offered his assistance. He took me straight to the item and asked if I needed anything else. In another "larger" chain store, we've noticed the "stockers" seemed to disappear. We always have a hard time finding help. I recommend the Ace Hardware store completely.
