Waited for over an hour to turn in equipment that customer support said we had to take to the store. The only man at the store made it clear that he did not want to take the equipment back. There were two people in front of us, both waiting for their phones to transfer information. After the first lady left and was told she would have to come back again, he sat with the second to go through syncing a watch, going through account information, that she never asked for help with. Then, he decided to ask if he could check and reset the daughter's phone. Also, not asked for. Service, terrible. All this turn in their acceptable internet equipment. Not sure about the rest of y'all but 1.36 Mbps upload speed and 0 download speed is not going to work. It wasn't acceptable in the 90s.

Worst store in the world. They used to have amazing customer service. Now you go there you get absolutely no help. All you are told is go to another store or call customer service. They keep door locked like they are sitting on a gold mine. But seems like the only protecting is worthless employees.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! The worker Kenneth B. made a fraudulent purchase of accessories on my account of 179.98$ with one of the items having a monthly installment payment. I was lucky enough to get it off my account after contacting customer service but the emotional damage is done and he gets away with the items.

This store is a joke and so is the store manager Brian! I would give it 0 stars if I could for how lousy of a manager he is. He told my boyfriend we didn’t have insurance on his phone when we did and charged us over $600 for the phone when really we should’ve only paid $250 for a replacement through insurance. When we went back to the store to try to correct this mistake, he had absolutely no idea what to do and was zero help. We are basically paying for 2 phones, paid the $600+ to pay off the broken phone plus paying for the new phone monthly, when we should’ve only paid $250 for the old phone via insurance and paid for the new one monthly! He is such a joke and so is this store. AT&T needs to get new management or close the place down.

I walked in to the AT&T store and was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what we were in for, and I proceeded to tell him that we were Intending on canceling our service. After an hour wait they told us they couldn’t help us because they were a third-party store. They blatantly wasted our time and didn’t help us.

They tried telling me I couldn’t buy a phone outright with cash. I left and walked right over to T-Mobile and was in and out in less than 30 mins. They just want commission at this store. They aren’t helpful in any way at all.

My Fiance went into the store for assistance and the man in the store was very rude . there was Noone in the store and the black male was not nice at all. We have been Long standing ATT customers but with service like we just got Verizon or Tmobile sounds much better

I just switched from Verizon to AT&T. Already extremely satisfied. Verizon has fallen in service and customer service. Sad.

Went to buy new phone today. Said on door and on here open at 11. Was there at 11 not open left came back after 12 and still not open.

I went 25 minutes before they closed the store and he didn't attend me because he said that he wouldn't risk his life or whatever and he close the register too, I was not able to come early because of my job plus traffic, it's funny because he close the store and he left at 7:47 pm. I understand that we work a lot but you decide if you are going to be able to work any schedule for service the client.
