Great service and friendly staff. I'm a long term customer with AT&T. I have an old phone with little to no trade in value. Hector and Yesenia took the time to find a promo that worked for me and for the phone I wanted. They also answered my questions and concerns, and provided reassurance that the promo deal should reflect in my bill. Thank you!

Great experience getting a new phone. I was helped by a young redhead man yesterday and he was great! I was in and out with my new phone in less than an hour!

I was going to get my phone repaired for $140 but stopped by to see what the trade in value was. Johnathan said he could get me $350 trade in. This helped make my decision to trade my phone in instead of getting it repaired.

Horrible service. I had to switch numbers and I went in expecting everything to be the same. Someone offered me to join Firstnet for first responders and nurses. I confirmed multiple times that it was still a prepaid plan. The sales person confirmed. It is in fact not. I went back again and kept getting the run around as if no one could figure out why I owe so much now on my monthly bills, the last person I talked to there said that I was in fact placed onto a plan. I feel deceived by the sales people there. They seem to be more like car salesman than actual help, just looking out for themselves. I was extremely misled by one of the staff members there and it has caused more than a headache. I can’t seem to cancel my firstnet plan and have been on hold for many hours today, juggling work and trying to solve this issue. I would not trust the people at this att store due to incompetence and misleading customers. Please do not go here. On top of the frustrations this store has caused I am really reconsidering ATT as a good company in general. I wish someone from att and would help but I seem to always get the loop around and now owe a lot of extra money. I’m sad that they would treat nurses and first responders like this.

Glenn, the sales rep, was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He solved my iPhone connection issues, assisted patiently, listened, and was rather quick in solving my problem.

I will never go back to this Att store I see why corporate Att stores tell people never go to these authorized att dealers you leave with stuff on your bill you never asked for. “Alia“ lied to us about every single thing on our bill pretty much. She said I needed to sign up for premium phone lines on both lines to get the special discount on the iPhones they had going on which I should’ve known was a lie because that part was not posted anywhere and confirmed with Att after we did not need to sign up with this plan to get the discount. She also decided to add phone insurance on both of our lines because it was “free” the first month but once I saw the charge I contacted Att and they took it off we had apple insurance since day 1 which was also voiced to her we didn’t need this and she told us we can contact att after or go on the app to change the expensive premium line and to take the insurance off.. weird right? .. Also decided to add the next up plan on our lines we never asked for, and on top of everything we got “free” charging cubes I look at the bill I got and the taxes minus the difference is obviously the 40$ of our “free” cubes what a joke! Also to add we voiced our price range and what our estimated bill would be and whatever math she was giving us was not the math that came on our bill. If you want to save money / not be taken advantage of for commission I’m guessing take the extra drive to the Att Orange city store or a corporate one so you save yourself from having to get on the phone with Att for hours trying to figure out why you have a 500$ phone bill for TWO phones :)

I called the store to ask questions and an lady picked up with an nasty attitude and mid way of me expressing myself about the issues I'm having with my phone they hung up on me and kept ignoring my calls

Glenn was very helpful and informative. He tried to sell products, as is his job, but was never pushy about it. That earns 5 stars from me! He turned a dreaded chore into a pleasant experience!

Switched to AT&T because Verizon was criminal in their actions towards my company. We went in with an issue and Alia Castro handled the situation perfectly. We had an energy going in that lingered from dealing with Verizon. She felt it and accepted graciously whatever the customers(us) were going to give her. Our first choice is always civility and respect. Alia Castro’s choice was the same. She earned my respect at the DeLand store in the Publix plaza. She was why I didn’t choose to leverage her offer with another company and ultimately why I switched over. Thank you Alia Castro. Good people exist. Not so much for corporations.
