“I am so thankful for LP & Sons auto care! My daughter is away at college at Stetson and I'm an hour away. My daughters car (Volkswagen Bettle) started acting up. I was stressed to not only find a place to fix a foreign car but some place that would treat my daughter, who is 18, fairly. I called up and spoke to Terrance. Terrance was very professional and put my mind at ease. My daughter took her car down the same day and LP & Sons offered to take her back to school and pick her up once car was done. LP had the car diagnosed and fixed, at a reasonable price, within a day! We were even given a 10% discount for my daughter being a student. I wish I had the words to describe how happy I was with the service. Take your car here! You won't be disappointed!! Thank you again Terrance and Max!!”

“They really do go above and beyond I came here for an oil change, and the team did a great job and more notably, at the end, Rick stopped me to clean my headlights for me because he noticed they were a little foggy, which really shows how much they care.

“Regency Auto Care deserves 100 stars! That might sound excessive but it is definitely not. Regency was recommended to me by a friend and I will be forever indebted to him. Over my 60 years of driving I have had a lot of cars and been to a lot of auto repair shops, but never one that is so customer oriented, knowledgeable, humble and well, yes, kind beyond belief. Family owned and operated, they have great respect for each other and the goal is to have happy customers. I definitely am. They went above and way beyond to take care of me and my aging 2004 Kia Sedona. A top priority is the safety of their customers. I am forever humbled that they helped ensure that I would be safe and I wouldn't get stranded until I can get more work done. “Windshield claim was processed through my insurance. They were professional overall, and the team that came out did a good job. However, I was disappointed to find a scratch on the plastic that I wasn't informed about. It seems their reciprocal tool may have bounced and caused the damage. It's not a major issue, but I would have appreciated being told about it rather than discovering it on my own. Transparency and communication could have been better."”

“A spark plug and a coil....
I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to mess up a total rating of a company. My 2010 Toyota prius started running really badly. Check engine light. I called Wallace, and they said bring it right in. AWSOME.
The mechanic told me he had been working for Toyota for 13 years and had never seen anything like it. Lucky me. I'm convinced that my engine and electric generator are coming apart on the inside. He said that it would be $800.00 tear down just to find the problem, whether it could be $3000 or $5000 to fix he isnt sure... I'm in total shock. I ask what the computer says, and it's a misfire on #4. Hmm, OK. I was not charged for the Diag. Thanks. After limping it to my work, I spent most of the day tearing it down to replace the spark plug and coil. AZ was nice enough to deliver. After a long amount of time with YouTube, I was able to get them replaced. I'm not a mechanic, that's why I went to Wallace, but I'm also not stupid and refuse to be duped. $12.75 for a plug and a warranty coil later, and I'm up and running with no problems.
An emotional roller coaster ride that was unnecessary.
Not sure exactly what the plan was here for Wallace Auto.
Lesson learned.

“My 2007 Home Shadow 750 hasn’t had a tuneup since buying it in 2005. Heavy Metal tuned her up and now she shifts smoothly and runs as if she were a 5 years old and not sweet 16! We trust this shop with our bikes and that includes the Harley! That means we trust this shop with our lives because that’s what’s at stake when someone works on your ride! I’ll ride this bike until i can’t and with the Heavy Metal tan in my side-that’ll be a long time!”

“Mark Revis is a great mechanic, and an honest businessman. I was in Deland , Florida when my car began making a disconcerting sound. Hundreds of miles from home, I literally looked up the closest mechanic to my location and took a gamble. The gamble paid off. I knew Mark was the right mechanic when he displayed his transparency during the repair process. He took a test drive with me to be sure he understood my perception of the problem. Then, when the car was on the lift, he showed me and explained to me exactly what had broken in my brake assembly. And, without asking (or charging me) he checked to see if a similar issue might have been happening on any of the other three brakes in the car. I was at his shop at grand total of two hours, including wait time, assessment, ordering parts, installation, and test drive, all of which Mark performed perfectly. I was charged a fair price, and now my car works again. Remember his name, and uses services whether you’re from Deland or elsewhere. Mark saved the day!”
“Aaron handled my car purchase . He is extremely courteous and is also very knowledgeable. He was able to sort through the inventory and find the items very automobiles I wanted.
When I returned the next day, my vehicle was ready and Aaron had all the paperwork complete. He also gave me advice on how to handle my insurance.
Later I found this was Aaron’s day off , but he was here with a smile.”

“Called on a Friday around 11 to see if they could do my brakes. They got me right in and had all the breaks pads/rotors and a new caliper done in a few hours. Great communication. Great work. Would use them again.”

“Last October 2022, I lost my 2021 Kia Soul ES with 14k miles to hurricane Ian. I went back to Deland Kia and needed a new or used car. I am not sure if it was the finance manager or someone in upper sales treated me like a idot, less than a number and I went home very upset.The very nxt day I drove to Coggins Hyundai next door. Jack Rosen treated me like a long lost friend. Inventory was low but I was able to find a very low milage 2019 Kona and Jack made it happen for me.It is nice to be treated like a human being; while I'm on the subject their Parts and Service Department are excelent also.”

“First experience was a great experience with East-West! TJ sold me a matched set of 4 35x12.50s BFG A/Ts and installed them on my F350 duelly for what I wouldve had to pay for one tire new! Great customer service and quality work at a better than fair price. What more can you really ask for? I read a few of the negative reviews and honestly its a shame that those reviews reflect their overall rating because its pretty clear that East West was willing to do whatever they could do within reason to make it right and uphold a well deserved reputation. Some people are just never happy no matter what you do for them and expect something for nothing. Clearly have no clue what it takes to run a business and stay in business!
