“Regency Auto Care deserves 100 stars! That might sound excessive but it is definitely not. Regency was recommended to me by a friend and I will be forever indebted to him. Over my 60 years of driving I have had a lot of cars and been to a lot of auto repair shops, but never one that is so customer oriented, knowledgeable, humble and well, yes, kind beyond belief. Family owned and operated, they have great respect for each other and the goal is to have happy customers. I definitely am. They went above and way beyond to take care of me and my aging 2004 Kia Sedona. A top priority is the safety of their customers. I am forever humbled that they helped ensure that I would be safe and I wouldn't get stranded until I can get more work done. Their kindness will definitely be a part of their legacy and I am honored to have been a recipient of that. What a great asset to the community. “I took a project bike to them that had a blown motor. I didn’t want to spend what a completely new motor would cost. They worked with me trying to find a used one and stored my bike for a very long time. I never did find a good used motor but they are extremely accommodating and super professional. I wouldn’t think twice before I took another bike to them for service. Can’t go wrong with these guys!”

“Mark Revis is a great mechanic, and an honest businessman. I was in Deland , Florida when my car began making a disconcerting sound. Hundreds of miles from home, I literally looked up the closest mechanic to my location and took a gamble. The gamble paid off. I knew Mark was the right mechanic when he displayed his transparency during the repair process. He took a test drive with me to be sure he understood my perception of the problem. Then, when the car was on the lift, he showed me and explained to me exactly what had broken in my brake assembly. And, without asking (or charging me) he checked to see if a similar issue might have been happening on any of the other three brakes in the car. I was at his shop at grand total of two hours, including wait time, assessment, ordering parts, installation, and test drive, all of which Mark performed perfectly. I was charged a fair price, and now my car works again. Remember his name, and uses services whether you’re from Deland or elsewhere. Mark saved the day!”

“Last October 2022, I lost my 2021 Kia Soul ES with 14k miles to hurricane Ian. I went back to Deland Kia and needed a new or used car. I am not sure if it was the finance manager or someone in upper sales treated me like a idot, less than a number and I went home very upset.The very nxt day I drove to Coggins Hyundai next door. Jack Rosen treated me like a long lost friend. Inventory was low but I was able to find a very low milage 2019 Kona and Jack made it happen for me.It is nice to be treated like a human being; while I'm on the subject their Parts and Service Department are excelent also.”
