By far the best customer service and overall experience we have ever had! Repairs done ahead of schedule, communication was excellent throughout the process, and our car was returned with a full detail job we weren’t even expecting.

Went to pick up my wife’s vehicle after a crash repair, the paint wasn’t even close to matching. From one panel to the next was night and day different. It was very noticeable from a distance let alone up close. The lady working there was extremely rude and when informed we weren’t satisfied with the repairs and they needed addressed she got an attitude and stated they would wet sand and rebuff but wouldn’t do anything outside of that. I would not recommend this place to fix anything. Customer service is terrible and the craftsmen ship is even worse.

Can’t tell you enough how satisfied I am with my vehicle. Would recommend 1000/10. Not only was the vehicle great but so was the customer service I was updated every time something was being done and finished. Thank you Caleb and team!

I had a great experience. Its always stressful when dealing with an accident but drop off was smooth and easy. My rental was brought to the shop when I dropped off my truck and I left the rental at pick. I didnt have to worry about getting the rental back to Enterprise. It was all taken care of for me. Fernando kept me posted on what was happening with my truck and what needed to be done. My truck looks great. They even cleaned the inside. Caleb brought my car around and pointed out all the areas that had been worked on. He was friendly and personable. Not the fake scripted conversation you get now a days from businesses. He answered all my questions and even taught me a few thing about the repair process. Everyone cared about my truck and my needs. I definitely would recommend the shop to friends and family. I hope I never need thier services again but if I do I will trust my vehicle with them.

My vehicle was damaged a couple weeks ago when a retread tire on a tractor trailer came apart on I95 south in South Carolina. When I got home that evening I contacted my insurance company; USAA; and they gave me choices on “USAA partners”, I could also take it to whoever I wanted. I chose Caliber Collision in DeLand, Florida. By 8AM the next morning I was contacted by Caliber and was asked to bring my vehicle by that morning. I thought I was going in for an estimate but they took my vehicle that day. I worked with Fernando the General Manager through the process and he was great to work with. He kept me in the loop and was very quick in returning my calls. The quality of the repairs was top notch. Id definitely take any of my vehicles to Caliber in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
