Well shelves were stocked a lot better...found everything we needed except gal. of chocolate milk and disappointed to see how much eggs 18 ct was! Most of the stuff we buy have gone way up in price!

This was a clean Walmart, which I appreciate. There's nothing fancy, but they do carry bacalao (salted cod), which I need to make my favorite food. My Walmart back home doesn't carry it, which breaks my heart.

I hate going to Walmart, but because being on a fixed income I really don't have a choice for number one, the isle's are always over crowded because the employees have the buggies blocking the isle's and they're not friendly at all. If you don't say excuse me I need to get buy they will Not move. If you need a particular item they're out or the shelves are not being restocked. I know nothing is going to change but I just wanted corporate to know how shabby their stores are being run. ☹️☹️

Your store is ok. But your employees are rude.
Today I asked one of your employees to help me get something I needed off the tallest self and her response was, no I will not help you.
This happened at the DeLand super Walmart in DeLand Florida. I am very disappointed in your employee. And other employees as well. They don't help and ignore you too. The other employees senior citizens are the only ones sweet and try to help.
To the bosses you need to train your employees again on how to be kind, helpful, and not rude.

Arrived to get an oil change at 7:45am. There was not one customer waiting. I asked for my usual oil change and was told . I was told by the employee "I have no one here but one guy that does not speak English and will not be able to take you until 9:00". I asked if I could make an appointment? No, we are booked all day. The employee seem to be either a racist or he started his day off on the wrong foot! I went to the Walmart in Orange City and was taken care of professionally and rapidly.

Had what I needed but I would like to know how you knew what email address I used based on the transaction was an instore purchase and paid with a non Walmart branded card. This is a little creepy.

DeLand Walmart is one of the worst shopping experiences in this area. Always jam-packed and now that they are starting to lock up the products?! I always dread having to go there.

The employees are very helpful and friendly in nature. Everything accessible except few things. They should add more varieties to their products, overall experience was good.

They must improve the refrigeration, conservation and maintenance of the cold chain of vegetables, fruits and perishable items, it feels hot in the store, the air seems not to be working. And the service at the Deli should be more effective and faster.
