I’ve been a guest twice. Convenient location, even when traveling without a vehicle. A bit dated, however, the rooms are always very clean and the beds are comfortable. Spoke with other guests during my stay & was disappointed to find out that there are inconsistencies with guest services - on two occasions I made a request that was declined, yet later granted to another guest on the same date.Walkability: Near numerous shops, stores & restaurants.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast included.

On the plus side: fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.On the minus: In our room, the beds were hard as a board. No blackout curtains either. The toiletries were in extremely tiny bottles, the towels were small, and we could hear everything happening in the hallway.(I wouldn't have expected more had the price been lower, but at the price point I paid? Not acceptable. If I'd paid less than $100 I'd have been okay with it.)Staff was marvelous, no issues whatsoever with them.

The only thing good I liked about this place was how close it was to our event in DeLand. The rooms were mediocre, which is expected for the price. However the bathroom was dirty, the toilet didn't barely flush. The breakfast they serve is an absolute joke. There are homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. Pool was lukewarm and had debris. Booking was an annoying process. Would not stay here again, worth it to spend more money elsewhere.

Very expensive to have pee on the toilet when you walk in, springs in the bed jabbing you all night, and only enough breakfast for 3 people in the morning.

Rooms: The AC unit was off when we arrived and the room was stuffy. Even with the unit on the temperature never got below 73 degrees and stayed stuffy for our entire stay. The water pressure in the shower was low and the temperature was lukewarm. Room only serviced once even when we requested it three times. We were charged a different price for each of the 4 nights which increased $110.00 for the last night and a $2.00 service fee for a room safe we never used. The desk clerks were not very friendly especially when I had to go and ask for more towels. It was after 4:00 p.m. and they said they were still washing laundry to come back later and get them. The breakfast attendant was nice and worked very hard. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice specials suite rooms, water temperature wasn't satisfactory but was fixed on 2nd day. Breakfast lacked healthy options for those avoiding gluten or are following a vegetarian diet.

Comfortable place for the money on a high occupancy Daytona Turkey Run weekend. The queen beds were nice and clean. The couch with a fold out futon was great for additional sleeping guests. Continental breakfast was hot and included excellent choices such as sausage patties, eggs, omelette, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, etc. Shower had plenty of hot water. Heater and A/C worked great because we had a cold front on arrival during late night. My pet peeves were some dog hair stuck on the couch cushions, a stray baby roach and carpenter ant lingering in the bathroom because the shower curtain had a faint odor from dampness, and the bathroom door itself hits the shower curtain rod while making entree and exit a challenge. Solid four stars for this stay.

Quiet place, but service wasn’t good. 1st had problems trying to open the door then bathroom had only 2 towels and to complete our stay the shower was super slippery and clogged to the point the water reached above our ankles. Won’t stay here again.

Not comfortable staying here. I checked out after an hour. Drunk man near the elevator. Hotel smells like marijuana despite sign that says no smoking & also has a musty smell. They have dehumidifiers in the halls. There were men coming & going constantly. I left & took an Uber to a different hotel to stay. Would not recommend. The general manager refused to give a refund

My family and I stayed here for a night and regret it. We got a room on the 2nd floor and there was a lot of noise from construction. The tv didn’t work. The lady at the front desk, Leslie was her name I believe, was extremely rude. The hotel smelled like mold and was dirty. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone ever! We will take our business to Holiday Inn Express instead.

Good location, hotel needs some cleaning and updating.
