If I could give this pharmacy, a zero I would… My daughter has been getting the same prescription there every single month for the past two years. That’s 24 months of the same exact prescription that has not altered one time. It seems like every month we have an issue of it not being in stock and you would think that after almost 24 months of this medicine being ordered at their pharmacy that they would have a lightbulb go off in their head and think maybe I should keep this in stock at some point. So every time even if I order it a week early, we will never get notified that it’s not in stock and then we have to jump through hoops and then typically she doesn’t have her medicine for the days that she needs her medicine which messes up her entire system. This will be the last pharmacy run at this pharmacy and I hate that I let go on for as long as I did and kept giving them more of my money. Shame on CVS for not looking out for your customers. But I also just noticed that this pharmacy has a 2.1 stars and that’s very telling.

The lady who is there usually at night bigger older lady with black hair is always rude and goes around the wrong way assisting people, she will follow you around the store as if you’re stealing, stare at you without making it not noticeable and just hover over you the whole entire shopping experience atleast at night. I feel very uncomfortable everytime I have to walk in after work, and I expect it every time, this lady is the opposite of anybody you’d want working here and the customer service you’d want, truly annoying always hate coming in the store. They need to put her in check.

This is for the Pharmacy, the older gray hair lady that works behind the counter always has the wrong way of assisting the customers. I was polite to her and still recieved poor customer service and I finally said forget it, I don't mean to make you go out of your way to assist me since I am literally the only customer in line this morning. I will change to a different location!

I usually love the service I get at cvs, but I must say, this pharmacy has the worst service I've ever seen, particularly at the drive through. I've been sick for a week. Drive up at 9, takes them 5 minutes to raise their shield and they never acknowledge me. After another five minutes, I get out of the car to 0ush the call button, still takes another 3 minutes for someone to wait on me. This is typical of what I've experienced.

A word of advice to Pharmacy patrons.....always check with an RX discount card before purchasing a prescription at CVS! I just wasted money with them by not using my GoodRx card at another local provider!!

im starting to think these people just pick up and hang up the phone. They always leave me on hold then hang up. you can't be having a "phone issue" for years. I HATE THIS PLACE AND HATE THAT I HAVE TO GO HERE

Absolutely the slowest service at a pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Maybe if we all make a formal complaint with CVS about these 30+ minute waits (for a PROCESSED prescription- just to check out) they will actually do something about it. I just did. I'm also switching to the Publix pharmacy across the parking lot. Inside and drive through are equally bad.

Pharmacy is so slow. You will be waiting in the lane for up to 30 minutes sometimes.and if their lunch time comes up as you finally get to the window, they will shutter the window and you will get no service. No, instead of taking lunch shifts so customers can get their meds, you will be turned away. Awful, uncaring managers.
