This is for the Pharmacy, the older gray hair lady that works behind the counter always has the wrong way of assisting the customers. I was polite to her and still recieved poor customer service and I finally said forget it, I don't mean to make you go out of your way to assist me since I am literally the only customer in line this morning. I will change to a different location!

I usually love the service I get at cvs, but I must say, this pharmacy has the worst service I've ever seen, particularly at the drive through. I've been sick for a week. Drive up at 9, takes them 5 minutes to raise their shield and they never acknowledge me. After another five minutes, I get out of the car to 0ush the call button, still takes another 3 minutes for someone to wait on me. This is typical of what I've experienced.

A word of advice to Pharmacy patrons.....always check with an RX discount card before purchasing a prescription at CVS! I just wasted money with them by not using my GoodRx card at another local provider!!

im starting to think these people just pick up and hang up the phone. They always leave me on hold then hang up. you can't be having a "phone issue" for years. I HATE THIS PLACE AND HATE THAT I HAVE TO GO HERE

Absolutely the slowest service at a pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Maybe if we all make a formal complaint with CVS about these 30+ minute waits (for a PROCESSED prescription- just to check out) they will actually do something about it. I just did. I'm also switching to the Publix pharmacy across the parking lot. Inside and drive through are equally bad.

Pharmacy is so slow. You will be waiting in the lane for up to 30 minutes sometimes.and if their lunch time comes up as you finally get to the window, they will shutter the window and you will get no service. No, instead of taking lunch shifts so customers can get their meds, you will be turned away. Awful, uncaring managers.

Absolutely the worst for service, rude staff and over priced. The drive thru area is not what you would expect for a business that is suppose to be promoting a healthy image.

After seeing the reviews, I know that I am not the only one that feels this way. My insurance works with CVS Pharmacy exclusively so I cant go to a different pharmacy, however I will be going to a different CVS location, maybe the extra few minute drive will prove to be less of a headache?

If you want to kill about 3 to 4 hours of your time, pickup your meds from here. Always understaffed, I will drive to a further location from now on.

Pulled into the drive-thru Lane and they were about a half a dozen cars . So I went inside. They were over a dozen people in line . Went back to the drive-thru . Been sitting here for 25 minutes now and there's still four cars ahead of me . They lost my prescription I dropped off hours ago and then found it after I called about picking up . I could have had two doses of my antibiotic today we're now I'm only getting one

They never answer the phone, EVER! Went in at 10:30am to pick up medicine that was electronically sent over at 9am. They said it wasn't ready, come back after 2. Went back at 3 and it still wasn't ready and they had to scripts come in for me. Tried calling again at 5 after I got off the phone with the er nurse who told me that they need to check their system cause she sent it out at 9:30 am electronically.

If I could give no starts I would. I’ve had nothing but issues with this cvs. The “ladies” at the drive thru has NO customer service. We waited over 30 mins in line and they acted as if we were an issue. Mind you my medication I NEED should have been filled last night and wasn’t. Came at 10 to pick it up today, still not ready. And when I made a comment about it not being ready she said “oh you’re welcome”. I will be switching pharmacies after this, it is the last straw. They have made me miss doc appointments for my birth control over 6 times too. Absolutely disgusting service here!
