Went in to purchase a mini bobcat skid steer. Got exactly what I wanted with no push for things I didn’t need. Jesus was the salesman and he made sure I fully understood the purchase and got the deal I was hoping for going in. Great team here.

Amazing management and sales team. Another vendor refused to work with me on pricing, so I made a call to the team at Deland. Deal was struck over the phone for a good price, had the paperwork ready by time I got there and was out of the door in 45 minutes on my way home. Highly recommended.

Good experience at DeLand Motorsport with a good selection of inventory. Worked with Austin to purchase a new Bobcat tractor and traded my motorcycle in. Overall process was quick and easy with possibly the shortest purchasing time at a dealership I've had.

I was very pleased with the service that was performed on my 2005 VStrom at Deland Motorsports. I haven't had a lot of full services done on my vehicle's and had every little thing taken care of. I was surprised that no items were missed in the service. Right down to the cleaning and adjusting of my chain which I have never had a service department take the time to perform before. if they take the time to do simple things like that, I know I can trust them with all of the other jobs. They have an excellent service department and excellent technicians as far as I am concerned. It was great that the technician (David) took the time to talk to me and explain what he performed, and what he found during the servicing. I am grateful. The bike is running smashing!

My husband and I went to several dealerships near our home..we were not happy with the process..we decided to travel over an hour away to Deland and this dealership..it was well worth the drive! Everyone was helpful and best of all not pushy..we bought that same day..thank you again Josh and Mike for a seamless process..highly recommend you stop here for your next toy!

I must say it was the worst experience I had with a bike shop!!! I brought my kx 250 to get the clutch done and after them having it for 2 months I got my bike back still not being able to roll when it's in gear with the clutch pulled the reason I brought it there but here's the best part it doesn't even run anymore. I do have the notes from the guy who worked on it an after talking with him about it, it's clear he's no Mechanic. I never got a call back from Blake or Mark after me calling numbers of times an hearing the same thing about how I'm going to get a call back but still no call

This was without a doubt the best dealership experience I've ever had.I was interested in the KTM SuperDukes for the last year or so and finally decided this summer I would purchase either a 1290 SDR or a 890 Duke by year's end, but would likely wait for the 2024s. While doing regular research and comparison shopping I had noticed a substantial end of model year sale from DMS that definitely had my interest. I contacted via chat bot and email about it first as I literally live two+ hours away and had no interest in traveling all that way to get some surprise inflated number once I got there.This is where immediately I knew this was likely to work out. I spoke multiple times via email with the Internet sales via Kaylee who was friendly and very accommodating. Explaining my location and need for some hard numbers before committing to the drive she was able to explain what costs I could expect and get me a solid number to expect before the trip. This alone is a stand-up move. SO many dealerships won't even consider talking numbers without being in person to flush out tire kickers it was refreshing to have someone take you seriously on your word. I'm very easily put off, something as simple as refusing to commit anything without being there is enough to make me just go to another shop.So with good info in hand I trekked out on the ~150 mile drive, arriving about 75 minutes before closing. I was quickly greeted by two friendly salesmen who introduced me to Kaylee who then handed me off to salesmen Austin.Austin was very friendly and attentive and not pushy at all. He answered questions I had honestly and if he wasn't sure of the answer he let me know instead of freestyling which was comforting too. At no point was he distracted by literally anything, never looked at his phone or did anything but work my deal and engage in conversation with interest. Austin is awesome.Deciding on the SuperDuke as expected and looking over the numbers, everything matched what Kaylee had proposed, fees to be expected were there and ones that were waived were waived as implied.Financing was a breeze and I was able to get a rate I liked with a local lender I'd dealt with before. They were able to fine tune my loan to where I wanted to be even if it took a few different tweaks. The finance officer whose name sadly escapes me was also incredibly friendly and relaxed, never pressuring me at all. Both he and Austin did not even flinch at staying a good 30-45 minutes after close to make it happen.I drove my car home so that the next day they could upgrade my tech pack with all the software goodies KTM had to offer.A day later my bike is delivered to me... 150 miles away! Ryan brought the bike and was friendly as I've come to expect from everyone associated with DMS. He kept me up to date on his departure time and when nearing arrival. Once he made it to my work he unloaded and showed me around the bike, he didn't at all seem like he'd just been in a car for two hours and it was basically quitting time and hours from home. You'd think he just showed up to work fresh from the weekend, super cheery and talkative, a great employee again.At this point, while I don't see another new bike in my immediate future of course, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The motorcycle dealers around me (at least of the types of bikes in interested in) are just so generally unpleasant I kind of forgot there are still great people out there, just sometimes you have to search them out a bit.Thanks so much to everyone involved.

This was the second time using Deland Motorsports and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. The new facility is awesome, go see them you will not be disappointed. Loving my GSX-S750!

Definitely the best place to buy a motorcycle they are fast efficient and knowledgeable about there products and would def recommend over ride now or any other local powersports and outdoor equipment providers.

My Son in law was in a motorcycle accident on July 1st. I wanted to express my gratitude for DeLand Motorsports for having such amazing safety equipment. His helmet saved his life. He was thrown about 100 feet from his bike. Do to this helmet he has no brain damage. One little scratch on this helmet. Also this helmet had bluetooth. He was late coming home and somehow he was able to lift his arm to answer my daughter and tell her to get help. Riders... Please look into having the app life360 as this also played a big role in saving him as it directed my daughter right to where he crashed. Thanks again to DeLand Motorsports for caring and pushing these riders to use safety equipment. Thank you as well for the phone call and wishing us all the luck in recovery. ❤️

I would give Emery and Dave in service a million stars if I could. They were generous, helpful, and all around amazing from start to finish. I know nothing about my sons mini bike and they explained everything and was so patient with me. I trust them so much with fixing ANYTHING for any of my sons “big boy toys” and that says a lot because that’s trusting my sons life in their hands. Amazing, Great service department and I’m sure if their service department is great I’m sure sales is too. Will not go ANYWHERE else just because of Emery and Dave. Thank you
