I do not recommend this person to fix your appliances. His business practices are unethical. I have been waiting for him to fix my appliance for a week now. He lies and states he will come fix your appliance when the parts come in. He did not come on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday as he promised us. The parts came in on Wednesday but they were stolen according to him and that is why he was a no show on Wednesday. On Thursday, he stated " he laid the part down and could not find it." He was a no show on Friday and Saturday. We tried calling him on Monday. No answer. He said that "he would try to squeeze us in." He is very unreliable and lies. He took half of the cost of repairs the first day he came to look at the appliance. I will never hire him again for repairs. I am a disabled Army veteran so he showed me that has no respect for veterans and their time.

The technician arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and performed the dryer repair in no time. I highly recommend using this service.

I called two other appliance repair shops, and they would not service my commercial appliance in a residential home. I called Don, and he said he would come out and check it.He was on time. Very Profesional. Identified the problem in a timely manner. Got the replacement part. Got it replaced. And I got my appliance up and running. He also helped me clean the coils on the fridge.Soo glad I gave him a call. I highly recommend his service.Thanks a bunch.

Refrigerator wasn't getting cold. He came out and had it working in an hour. He came when he said he would and we were very happy with his work.

He was great. We called about 7:30 PM. He was at dinner but said he would come by after he finished. He was here maybe 30 minutes . We thought it was a timer and maybe couldn’t be repaired. It was a very simple fix and that was it. Very easy to work with and very nice. This was quite a few months ago all still fine.Service: Washing machine repair

Don saved the day. The previous appliance repair guy said my fridge was unrepairable so my friends recommended Don. He came out right away because it was my fridge (he gets it) and fixed it with a simple part that he already had on his truck for less than the other guys charged for just a service call.Thank you Don. You really are the appliance guy to call.

I had a great experience with Don's Appliance Repair.I called them to come and fix my washing machine. They were able to come the same day and fix it quickly and affordably.Don was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the problem to me and had the parts on his truck to fix the issue.I would definitely use Don's again if I ever need appliance repair in the future.

Told me he needed to order the part. That was 2 months ago. Called him the other day and said he would check on it and call me back. Been over a week and still have not heard from him. Paid him $199 for nothing.I have never heard back from you. Luckily I used another repair company that fixed it and only charged me $129.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
