I would like to put a shout out to Jesse from Downtown Goldsmith. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with her. We were designing a custom engagement ring for my nephew with heirlooms gems from 3 generations of family members. Jesse’s knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We were also able to trade in old jewelry to offset the price of the new ring. The ring turned out beautiful. My nephew was brought to tears.I recommend Downtown Goldsmith for all your future jewelry needs.

I had my Bulova watch repaired at this location and the staff was very friendly and did an excellent job very quickly when no one else could. I would definitely recommend A+++

My husband had my engagement ring made here and it was beautiful! Unfortunately he passed away but I wanted to have a new ring made using the diamonds my husband gave me. Downtown Goldsmith was able to create this new ring for me and I absolutely love it! The first time I put it on I was moved to tears. Tara deserves a big thank you for her compassion and service. Thank you to everyone here for making this new ring for me to wear forever and keep my husband close to my heart always.

My husband and I had my three piece wedding set made into a one piece ring along with mounting a new diamond into the set. Jessie could not have been more helpful when we came in and answered my one million questions. Nick did an outstandingly awesome job in turning my dream 40th wedding anniversary set into a reality. My ring is absolutely amazingly beautiful!I told Jessie they are my jewelers for life, and I mean it!

I have 22 year old pendant that was missing one diamond. I wanted to wear it to my daughter’s wedding and was devastated when I saw the missing diamond. I took it in and Nick and Tara were amazing. Not only did they match the size and color of this 2 decade old pendant but they cleaned it up and made it look brand new. Tara even made my matching earrings sparkle and she cleaned the chain and it looked brand new as well. What an absolute gem this place is (all the puns intended there). I will be taking all of my jewelry there for Nick to repair from now on and I will even send the hubby there to shop for our anniversary. ???. I highly recommend this wonderful downtown retailer and I’m stingy with my recommendations!!! You won’t be disappointed with their customer service and their inventory!

Downtown Goldsmith was absolutely amazing with soldering my engagement and wedding band together. It looks 100% seamless and even after I noticed the engraving was gone but they did it right in the spot in a couple of minutes! Love supporting a small business!
