The gentleman who I worked with was great. The locker was clean. On Monday I called because the locker was going to be to small and was very helpful and changed me to a larger one in seconds. Everything was awesome

I’ve had a unit where I kept things during my move. When I signed up I was paying about $52. I was charged $121 out of nowhere and when I called to inquire, I was told that I was mailed a postcard to my old address. Meanwhile, they text and email me about the bill monthly. I would definitely not recommend.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but my service and customer service at Extra Space storage on Woodland. Robert has made my stressful situation into a lovely comfortable experience. He is very professional, helpful in every way, very pleasant to talk with. He is the meaning of true customer service especially when you’re going through a stressful move-in situation he went above to make sure my moving situation Will not be stressful to let me know that if I need anything, feel free to contact him he stayed in contact with me just to reassure if there’s anything he can do to just give the office a call. . He indicated he is the store manager. I wanted to let Extra space storage know they have a wonderful store manager, I’m sure he gets lots of excellent reviews. Because he truly by the time I left, I was very comfortable and more relaxed ready to get my moving done. I do want to thank Robert Watts for is wonderful customer service and his kind words good luck with your career, and God bless
