I had an issue I noticed from a notice in the mail, called in to the location and the Manager Andrew picked up immediately. He was very understanding and took action right away calling me back in about 10minutes saying he was able to address the issue at hand going above and beyond with such time efficiency. Thankyou again Andrew, happy holidays man!

Great storage facility clean, and renting from them is super easy. Love the app makes it super easy to come and go. If you do need assistance they make sure to get back to you and help.

The units are nice and clean and the staff have been great. It was getting a little pricey for a very small unit though.

Andrew went above and beyond ensuring we had the appropriate unit size, answering all of our questions and handling our special finance situation with caring and grace. The units are clean as is the whole building, having plenty of carts for transporting and large padded elevators made the move in quick and easy.

We stored our RV under cover at the Extra Space Storage facility on 15-A in DeLand, FL. We found the facility spotless at all times and secure so that we never had to worry about our RV until we were ready to travel. We just sold our rig but will rent space there again if the need arises.

My experience renting a unit was excellent. Debbie (customer service rep) and Andrew (site manager) were extremely polite and helpful. Debbie’s knowledge of her job was top rate. She explained and assisted me with each step of the way in completing all required paperwork. When I went to the storage facility, Andrew also was knowledgeable about the facility. He explained where the gates were and how to use the app for access. He also explained where my unit was located and how to use the unit lock.
This is the first time I’ve rented a storage unit and will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to any person needing a storage facility.
