Deanna was wonderful from the moment we walked in the doors to when we left. Very friendly and welcoming. She also made sure that we got the best rate possible. We were able to rent the storage unit we needed. The storage units are very clean. Will definitely recommend.

Have better communication, or at least some communication would be nice. In the short few months I was there, my unit was broken into, property was stolen and not even a text to tell me about the incident until I discovered it myself. This place is built with no security to prevent such a situation. The walls of each unit have a large enough gap on top to let a person climb over and get into several units from their own. After the incident, there was no communication or care that it happened. In fact the very next month my bill increased by nearly 100 dollars, unacceptable after such an invasion and loss of property! I tried to reach corporate, who ignored any form of communication. There was also a “security guard” (always parked outside at night in a jeep) who locked up every night at 10 pm, he was even more useless than you can imagine, I was actively inside moving my property around, he walked by my unit, made eye contact with me and then still proceeded to lock the doors without at least telling me he was doing so, which forced me to leave my unit open all night as I was locked outside. Overall, worst experience I could have imagined, so glad to be out!

Excelente customer service my first experience having a storage went to other places and when I got here was my best decision. The manager was amazing she help me all the way for my needs. I recommend extra space storage 100%.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was incredible from the rental stage to move in day. The manager Deanna and her team were very helpful in helping us to secure the perfect space for our needs. The facility is extremely clean which is very important and the best thing was the price for a 10x10 which was very fair compared to others. I am very happy with my choice for my storage needs so far and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for storage to give them a call.

The Extra Space storage at 900 E International Speedway is the best place in Deland for storage space. The facility is new, clean, and very secure with an 8-digit security code that is unique to you. The staff members are very friendly and respond quickly to any needs. The facility came through Hurricane Milton with no issues whatsoever. Extra Space on the Speedway is the only storage units we will rent in Deland/Volusia County!
