I called as I purchased a wireless mouse and it appeared to be missing the usb to make it work. On top of that I had ordered it through a delivery company and didn’t get a receipt so I was frustrated and worried I couldn’t replace it. The sweet lady on the phone didn’t rush me off and helped me out. Long story short the piece was there inside the thing and the customer service was awesome. Thanks ladies

When I first entered this store, it was like a ghost town. There was no one up front by the registers. And when I did see an associate, she behaved as if she didn't want to help anyone. So I just proceeded to look around without asking for help. After not finding anything my clients would find interesting. I did see an item that I needed to ask a question about. This rejected style cheerleader of an associate approached me and behaved bothered and bored. And she disgusted me so much that all I could think of was. Wow you have it so easy compared so many. You ungrateful br__. And by the way. After I paid for my item, I noticed there were no other customers. Please do better Five Below. Do you even know what's going on in your on stores.

Self checkout was very different. We went in and there was no one at the registers. We picked out what we wanted and rang it up and left... Zero interaction with store personnel. Very interesting. BTW the insulated cups we bought were not vacuum - just sweat resistant. . .fooled...

Clean, open areas to walk through, very polite staff. They do not accept SNAP

Some make up and nail items you can find cheaper other places. Merchandise over stocked makes it hard to get down the isles. Buggy need repairs.

This store was fully staffed. Store itself was a little messy but the store staff and the customers were understanding to the Holidays. Plenty of new carts and a smiles at this location.
