Hibbett Sports in the Northgate Shopping Center is a very nice, clean, well-organized, and the nicest store in Deland for sport attire. It is the top spot to shop athletic shoes and cleats, carrying the biggest Nike and Jordan sneaker releases, along with adidas, Under Armour, New Balance, Mizuno, and Hoka. It is a one-stop shop for baseball or softball bats, soccer balls, football helmets, and the best in men's and kids basketball shoes. The staff is amazing, with great people providing awesome vibes. Employees are wonderful, extremely helpful, respectful, and described as the best. The assistant manager was amazing and commendable. However, customer service support is another story, with a report of an unhelpful service rep and unresolved billing issues, leaving a customer furious and extremely disappointed. Despite this, many customers state it is their go-to store with a great and enjoyable community, awarding it a 1000/10 rating.

The sales woman was very customer service friendly and answered all my questions . She brought out the shoes I wanted which I eventually purchased. The HOKA brand sneakers are just what I needed! Thank you!

The staff here is amazing. They go over and beyond to get things accomplished. I’ve got two different Management staff members and they did everything they could to help me to fix the issue that I was having. It did take a little bit of time but they did do everything in their power to help me and they were all very polite!!
