No pressure.) Made a deal & now I'm the proud owner of a 2026 Yukon Denali XL ! All of the staff was personable and made us comfortable.

I had a great experience dealing with John Raynor . I notified him what I was interested in he had the truck ready to show when I got there. He was straight forward thru the process. I had my own financing and they were able to beat the rate I had . Will recommend them and they will be my first call for my next truck .

I’d give this dealership zero stars if I was able to. I’ve had nothing but the absolute worst service at this location. I had the same terrible experience a few years ago with my 2019 GMC Sierra with a service department “manager” named Michael that wasn’t honest about a simple repair with horn. I was charged and told that it was newly replaced just to take drive it home with the same issue. After returning 2 times after I concluded they were not being honest about actually fixing the issue, went to another dealership and was resolved after the first attempt.
Now, a few years later with a brand new 2024 GMC Sierra I decided to get serviced since it was just a simple oil change/rotation/balance. Unfortunately it was the same guy named Michael that has zero customer service skills, short on responses, and just always looks like he’s miserable at his job. I addressed that my truck that prior to service had no issues is now unbalanced and is shaking. He responded with that it showed as fine on their machine and that it was my tires that is the problem. It seems that he has a mentality of not being able to hold accountability and that it’s always the customer’s issue. I was told that I would leave my keys with them and that I’d have the issue addressed by the end of the day. I get notified at the end of the day that they didn’t even take it in to get serviced. I had to cancel and rearrange my entire work day to get this done just to hear that they didn’t even take my truck in at all. This was with a drop off time of 8:30 am to 5:00.
I usually do not write reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or extremely disappointed and in this case it’s to confirm how terrible this dealership is after returning for the second time with my second vehicle. I’ve also attempted to reach the main manager of the dealership to leave a voicemail and they’ve not returned with a call or response.
This is infuriating and disappointing that this service department would waste peoples hard earned money and time without any remorse says enough about their reputation. To conclude, as someone that hardly makes complaints, two separate instances with two separate vehicles is more than clear and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go to a different location for your services.

I bought a used vehicle and didnt even have it for 1 week before I had to bring it in for issues with the break and the windshield. Took the car in 4 times in the first 26 day of having it and THE ISSUES ARE STILL ON GOING. Not satisfied at all. Will no purchase another vehicle from this location.

I had previously put a negative review for kaiser dealership on google and facebook. The truck I bought was not working correctly 11 days after purchase and caught issues getting it resolved because kaiser didnt want to take responsibilityfor the issue. Sales manager Cory Watkins reached out to me and sent a driver to pickup my truck at work. Dropped off a nice loaner truck for me while mine was being fixed. He got my trucks problem resolved and had it detailed and filled with fuel. Ill be honest, if you dont deal with Cory, dont bother going. I can say from 1st hand experience that Cory will be a man of his word and take care of you if he can.
And Cory, if you ever see this, I would have given you a 5 star on your own but with the issues I had previously with the other sales manager mike burges and Doug mclovin the finance guy not trying to resolve this issue when they had the opportunity. I just couldn't go more than 3 overall. Thanks again and wish you the best.

We had a truly great experience working with Kaiser GMC in Deland. They had my perfect car at a great price. They were fair with our trade and did not play the typical games. I believe we were in and out within a couple of hours. We did our homework on the front end and they were super respectful. Their follow up has also been appreciated! Ask for Chris and he will totally make it easy!

Review of Keiser Buick & GMC in DeLand, FL**
I purchased a **2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax** in **December 2024**, expecting reliability from a premium vehicle. However, on **May 26, 2025**, my truck developed **major issues**, and my experience with **Keiser Buick & GMC in DeLand, FL** has been extremely frustrating.
🚨 **Engine Warning & Diagnosis**
After experiencing performance issues, my **Banks iDash monitor** identified multiple error codes:
- **P0476 & P049B** – Related to **Exhaust Back Pressure Valve problems**, known to affect emissions systems in GMC trucks.
- **P0340 & P0341** – Indicating **Camshaft Position Sensor malfunctions**, which directly impacted performance and put the truck into **limp mode (55 MPH limit)**.
🔹 **Lack of Communication** – My truck has been in their service department with **no updates** on its status. Calls go unanswered, and transparency is nonexistent.
🔹 **No Loaner Vehicles** – Despite selling high-end GMC vehicles, they offer **no courtesy loaners** or rental accommodations, leaving customers stranded.
🔹 **Severe Staff Shortages** – The **service manager, Mike**, admitted they **don’t have enough diesel mechanics**, causing extended wait times. Many customers are affected, yet the dealership fails to provide honest timelines.
🔹 **Unacceptable Service Standards** – GMC trucks come at a **premium price**, yet the dealership fails to provide the **basic service and support** expected from a reputable brand.
⚠️ **If you're considering service at Keiser Buick & GMC, beware of long delays, poor communication, and lack of customer accommodations**. Customers deserve **honesty and efficiency**, and this dealership falls short.
