I honestly can say this is a clean , friendly , well trained facility . The staff amazing , helpful , professionals in their job . I’m grateful to have such a facility in my town no appt needed accept insurance , no insurance appt , and we all get treated with the same value and respect THANK YOU for your generosity patience and amazing work lady’s !

I came in at around 7:10 for a drug test and was informed of an outage, and had to wait about two hours. Wasn't a big deal, patience is a virtue. The receptionist was really nice and the doctor was as well. I was out at about 8:50. Overall good experience and would come again.

Well I did wait over an hour for them to collect a urine sample. It is not their fault they are short staffed. Once I was pulled into the back the staff was extremely nice and apologetic. They are doing the best they can with what they have

I waited third in line when they were on lunch. Got inside as a walk-in at 12:31 and walked out at 12:51. The employees are curt and expect the elderly to know the process of the digital check-in. There were several people confused. They should have a handicap door as it was very difficult for several people to enter unassisted. Since I did not need help with the process I didn't need to interact with the front desk much. The process was quick. The tech was all business and did a good job.

Such a bad experience I had!Lady in front desk was very rude and unprofessional.I made a appointment on line for 8:45am!!I arrived 15 min earlier as they said!! As I checked in online, they said wait in your car till we text you, After half an hour waiting in the car not getting a text,I went inside to check to see what happened and why they haven’t text me yet?? she rudely answered I have to check in as a walk-In and wait.. this lab work was base on 15 hours fasting…Total waiting to see a lab technician 4 hours!!!

These reviews are crazy. The person at the front desk was super kind and helpful to me and to others. I was checked in very quickly, around 15 min after I walked in. Many negative reviews about waiting 30+ minutes may be posted because of a misunderstanding of the 30 min employee Lunch break from 12 to 1230. You need to check in through a virtual check in kiosk in the corner of the room, if you don't then it may appear you have not yet checked in. If you can't check in virtually, tell someone at the front desk that you need help. Please don't yell at anyone at the front desk...or any customer service workers for the record.

Horrible customer service. At the Deland’s office on 929 N spring garden ave the front girl is super rude. I did my check in and 40 minutes later i when to check why they haven’t call me and with attitude she say to me that my check in dint go true. just because she messed up and didn’t call me and wanted to go on lunch and need it a excuse of why she dint call me. So I have to wait another 30 minutes go back in and check in again and continue to wait. Definitely going to quest next time you guys need to retrained your employees. Simple horrible.

Just left LabCorp in Deland. Front desk girl was so rude. Doesnt even look up at you while you're talking. I have been there when patients were turned away because they weren't fasting. I asked the girl if she could look on my order to see if I needed to fast. She said she wouldn't know and I needed to call my doctor. I KNOW the order would say if I needed to fastThis girl is nothing but a lazy rude liar. She needs to be taught people skills.

Check in was easy and I was in and out quickly and I didn't feel a thing when she put the needle in to draw blood.

We just switched from Quest to LabCorps and could not be more delighted with the 1st visit! They have an actual front desk with people you can interact with...and they were super friendly and sweet, as were the lab techs!
