Went to get my lab work done and had an appointment. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The woman that took my blood made it a seamless experience. The lab technician, Susan, told me she had over 35 years experience! She was phenomenal! Will definitely go back! Thank you!

I dread blood work. Normally it's extremely hard for anyone to find my veins. Susan and Lee were excellent! They are professional, friendly and it's extremely clean. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience here. This place was affordable, very easy, quick, and the staff was extremely pleasant. As someone who hates getting lab work done.. this was my most positive experience i have had doing so. Susan was the lovely woman who helped me and she was phenomenal.

I am glad that they are accepting walk-in for employment drug testing. It just took me around 15 minutes, that was so fast! The collector, Susan, is really nice and approachable. Keep up the good work!

This is the worst LabCorp to go to. If you need to go to a LabCorp go to the one in Orange City. avoid the one in DeLand like the plague. The staff is absolutely horrible, nasty, rude and and don't be here attitude. They are the most unfriendliest people I've ever met in my life. And considering they're considered essential workers I don't want this essential worker even in the same room with me helping me. They are terrible. Again, avoid this place like the plague. Especially the blonde woman.

To say the lack of patient respect was an understatement would be putting it mildly.
I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 and was called back at a reasonable time. When I handed my list of lab orders (about 29 in total) to the phlebotomist, Lee, she repeatedly commented on how “crazy” the number of orders was. Yes, it’s a lot—but this is her job. She then showed the list to another phlebotomist, continuing to complain about the volume.
She also took issue with the fact that the order numbers were for Quest rather than Labcorp. While I understand that converting codes can be tedious, that is completely out of my control—I didn’t write the orders. Throughout my entire appointment, she continued to complain and even told me multiple times that “next time, I need to request the orders for Labcorp instead of Quest.” Ma’am, this is my first time getting labs done with my new insurance. I had to figure out where to go after receiving the order. Blaming a patient for something beyond their control is not only unacceptable but also unprofessional and disrespectful.
After 20 minutes of entering orders, I stepped out to use the restroom. When I returned, I was told I needed to provide a urine sample. The phlebotomist then remarked, “If you had looked at the orders ahead of time, you would have known a urine sample was needed.” Excuse me?! It’s not my job to review medical orders, and even if I had, I wouldn’t know what these codes mean!
The lack of professionalism and patient respect in this experience was absolutely unacceptable.
I will never return here.

This was the most horrible experience! Went three different times and the staff were extremely rude. My results were never sent to my doctor. Received a call from Tammy from that office asking that I return her call.
I called for days with no one answering the phone I left messages to no avail. I was told that the visit would cost $99 I was charged $165 and I have the receipt printed. Have an experience one day one time is still unacceptable but you have a horrible experience experience after unnecessarily having to go back is so horribly wrong. People have to take buses to get to appointments they may be elderly they may be easily confused and every interaction that I saw with the staff and customers was rude and dismissive. Left many messages at the main office phone number and no one ever returned my calls either. That was after being disconnected many many many times.

One of the worst labcorps i have ever been to. Very unprofessional and nobody at the desk to greet people. Computers are down and they are rude to the people. I would give them a D-

Terrible. Got there before 2:30 only to be told that there “slotted” times are all filled up and they open at 6:30 am. Meanwhile my paperwork said to just show up and no appointment is required but then they give you this BS runaround when you do show up. Absolute joke.

If I can put less than 1 star I would, the most horrible experience just to have blood drawn. Extremely rude, incompetent and lack of people skills, the front desk lady should not have a job interacting with the public as well as the supervisor.
