Such a bad experience I had!Lady in front desk was very rude and unprofessional.I made a appointment on line for 8:45am!!I arrived 15 min earlier as they said!! As I checked in online, they said wait in your car till we text you, After half an hour waiting in the car not getting a text,I went inside to check to see what happened and why they haven’t text me yet?? she rudely answered I have to check in as a walk-In and wait.. this lab work was base on 15 hours fasting…Total waiting to see a lab technician 4 hours!!!

These reviews are crazy. The person at the front desk was super kind and helpful to me and to others. I was checked in very quickly, around 15 min after I walked in. Many negative reviews about waiting 30+ minutes may be posted because of a misunderstanding of the 30 min employee Lunch break from 12 to 1230. You need to check in through a virtual check in kiosk in the corner of the room, if you don't then it may appear you have not yet checked in. If you can't check in virtually, tell someone at the front desk that you need help. Please don't yell at anyone at the front desk...or any customer service workers for the record.

Horrible customer service. At the Deland’s office on 929 N spring garden ave the front girl is super rude. I did my check in and 40 minutes later i when to check why they haven’t call me and with attitude she say to me that my check in dint go true. just because she messed up and didn’t call me and wanted to go on lunch and need it a excuse of why she dint call me. So I have to wait another 30 minutes go back in and check in again and continue to wait. Definitely going to quest next time you guys need to retrained your employees. Simple horrible.

Just left LabCorp in Deland. Front desk girl was so rude. Doesnt even look up at you while you're talking. I have been there when patients were turned away because they weren't fasting. I asked the girl if she could look on my order to see if I needed to fast. She said she wouldn't know and I needed to call my doctor. I KNOW the order would say if I needed to fastThis girl is nothing but a lazy rude liar. She needs to be taught people skills.

Check in was easy and I was in and out quickly and I didn't feel a thing when she put the needle in to draw blood.

We just switched from Quest to LabCorps and could not be more delighted with the 1st visit! They have an actual front desk with people you can interact with...and they were super friendly and sweet, as were the lab techs!

Very low staff only, only two employees ! One young lady who appears to be overworked... as she is the one running the front desk (check in patients and uploading demographics) also the back, collecting urine and blood. All while the older ladies lies to people as they walk in the door to avoid having to do anywork. She is awful! So you have a 50% chance to get good or bad service.

In and out in less than 10 minutes! So satisfied! The two ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and professional even when dealing with a difficult male customer. Usually it's hard for me to get blood drawn but the technician did it right the first time and I barely felt it! Should I need anything again I will definitely go to this location!

Front desk girl really is very rude. I’ve never felt treated like a subhuman like that before. Had to listen to her bully an elderly patient for info and sigh in annoyance at him the whole time he was talking.

I brought my 2 week old son in to get a biliruben test because he has jaundice and they turned me away with no help. They claimed the insurance number I was giving them was not the correct one. I have my sons insurance and have brought him to his primary care giver with this insurance no problems. My son needs this test because they need to make sure his biliruben levels are not too high which can cause an infant to become autistic. They told me it was not the right number and sent me on my way. I came in with 3 children and they couldn’t give me a moment of their time to assist me. Worst location I have ever been to. This test was not optional it’s necessary and time sensitive.

Today i went in with no appointment, i was in and out in 15 mins. Very friendly staff. The technician Lee understood i’m a hard stick. Took her time and got my blood drawn on the first try. I will highly recommend this place.

Receptionist needs to be spoken to about her attitude. All other staff members were extremely polite and efficient.
