We had an unexpected pet passing and the staff at Lasting Memories was fantastic; from initial contact to drop off, and through the cremation process, Kevin, Mike, and Carrie...all highly responsive and comforting. When the time arises, I know my needs will be met with kindness and professionalism.

I reached over our loss of Ruger and the had made arrangements for management to meet right away in the morning, which could not be more appreciative of. We couldn't be thankful for the full cremation process.

Losing my cat was horribly painful. The kindness and compassion I received was immeasurable. Everyone is so professionally respectful while still showing empathy and sympathy. Tigris was returned to me quickly and beautifully taken cared for. Highly recommend.
