I come to this location all the time and the customer service honestly isn’t always the best, but every time Ashley helps me she’s always nice, friendly, and actually makes you feel welcomed. She always has a smile on her face and knows what she’s doing. Her energy is completely different from what I’m used to at this location. Just wanted to give her recognition because good customer service like that is hard to find.”

“First time customer and I had to take a minute to leave a review about the bourbon selection and excellent customer service. Dominick (sorry if I’m misspelling your name) was excellent. Took the time to talk about different bourbons and direct me toward some store barrel picks. Grabbed one and look forward to stopping here again when I’m around this way in my bourbon searches. Had a 15 year barrel proof MGP hiding on the shelf that I reluctantly passed on but hope on the chance of getting a Stagg or Thomas handy if it becomes available. Definitely some nice bottles hiding here.”

“Prices are high here. I suppose that’s to be expected at a Publix operation, but I was still caught off guard. Everything else about this place is nice. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. The air conditioning works well. They do have sale items, so you can usually find a decent deal on something, even if it wasn’t what you were intending to buy when you walked in.”

Better prices than others in the area and the employees are so wonderful and friendly. To me that type of hospitality will keep anyone coming back and the other stores around need to send their employees for customer service here to learn how to treat customers. “I went in with my husband looking for a sweet treat. I went to the bakery and they didn't have what I was looking for. The lovely and kind lady working in the bakery - Brittany - was so sweet to offer to make it for me on the spot. This was within 15 minutes before the store closed. The rest of the store was nice and clean as per usual when it comes to Publix's. I was just so impressed with the service from this kind employee.”
