About MainStreet DeLand Association
Downtown DeLand is an award winning Florida Main Street community. Many dedicated businesses & individuals work daily to maintain a vibrant and economically successful downtown. Downtown is where our history & our future connect. You are invited to come be a part of it. DeLand was the 1st community to receive the Main Street designation in Florida & was recognized as a “Great American Main Street Award” winner in 1997 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation Main Street Center. In 2017 MainStreet DeLand won the “America’s Main Streets” contest presented by Independent We Stand. We are the only community to have earned both awards! Spend a little time with us & you will find we are an authentic, thriving, great American Downtown.

First time visiting Deland and the bf and I fell in love with the Main Street area! So much to do there and it was such a charming town. We look forward to visiting again.
