I am upset and outraged with the lady who works in this store, today afternoon 01/03/2023 my children went to see bicycles they were wearing a sweater with shorts and this person was rude and very contemptuous when telling them to get out of her store because surely they did not have money to buy one. Now I wonder what kind of education, values and principles this Mrs. has, of course they have what to buy her with but you were rude and kicked them out for letting yourself be carried away by her impression. educate your staff.

We really enjoyed the test ride. I was sold within a minute of being on the bike. The team is beyond knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to address my concerns about my own ability to ride. Excited to pick up my bike Friday!

The test ride was wonderful ? ? I love the Element ?. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new ❤ bike his name is Bill after William Shatner and my brother Billy, they even delivered it to my house .This will be my only means of transportation I will be selling my car I trust this brand. Best experience I have ever had in purchasing Laura and Chuck were wonderful I'm so Happy I have joined the Pedego family.

After doing research on the different electric assist bicycles, I went with the Pedego because of the warranty, the quality of their bikes, and they had the best over all reviews.From my first telephone call to the DeLand Pedego store, to the day of delivery the customer service was top notch. The sales people were very knowledgeable but. not pushy. I bought the trike as a gift for my husband and he loves it!I would highly recommend the Pedego bike and the DeLand, FL store. I look forward to purchasing a bike for myself in the near future to take to the mountains in Tennessee. .'
