I went to the local urgent care and the service was phenomenal at this location. Shannon at the front office was very sweet and effective. I got greeted quickly by the nurse Auria who was very understanding, helpful and pleasant. The nurse practitioner Coman Thomas was absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns with ease. He took his time to answer all of my questions and give detailed and accurate advice. I truly appreciate the service I received and couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all so much!

Great staff and providers, but check-in procedures for first time patients should include the option to complete check in with receptionist at the window. The current procedures defy all principles of Human Factors Engineering. Forcing sick patients to do it with QR code on their phone or on the heavy office tablet appears to serve the company's IT department, but does nothing for the individual patient. When you don't feel well, the last thing you want to do is fiddling with drivers license and insurance cards, trying to take pictures while balancing them on your knee.

Great service. No long waits never waited in lobby to get in the back longer than 5-10 minutes. Mr Kempf,NP took time to sit in the exam room and explain everything allowed me to ask questions without feeling rushed. The entire staff is great with customer service. Very nice,polite and professional. Thanks MD Now great job... ? ???

I was turned away by the Minute Clinic even though I got there early, so I found MD Urgent care. Though I scanned my insurance card, their online sign in required me to type the same info, and my issue was my eyes. They were very quick to get me in and helped me find a local pharmacy. I am away on vacation. Thank you so much for your help!

The wait time was as long as it took to fill out the paperwork. The Clinical Team of Kelsey, Chris, Auria, and Shannon were kind, caring and attentive. Will not hesitate to go here again if needed.

Everyone was incredibly nice and respectful! The process was very fast, I think the longest part was filling out the paperwork. I waited maybe 10-15 mins before I was called back and they made sure to keep me updated through the process! Probably the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care :))
