Carlos the store manager was extremely helpful i had broke my phone and Verizon wouldn’t do anything for me so I went and transferred to metro and Carlos was able to to switch my number over in really good timing and I would highly suggest switching to metro thank you again carlos

My buddy broke his phone and went there to see what can be done. They said nothing and sold him a new phone. When he came over my house and showed me the phone I told him they are crazy because its a simple fix. I showed him a place near my house \\\"You break I Fix\\\" and they changed the screen in 15 min for $100. He went back to get his money back and return the phone that they sold him and they said no.

Don't go at lunchtime. Still no phone or service. Been to all local locations and spoke to Customer Service 100 times. This has been a fiasco.

Intentionally misleading and sold me a story so I would get a new iPhone. Metro was offering a plan for an upgrade for an extra $23, but after everything was signed and ported over, it was then revealed that it would be an extra $118, to which they knew but did not tell me because that would end up in them not getting a sale. They told me that I can adjust my payment through the third party financing which was also a lie. The two younger hispanic gentlemen (victor was the name of one of them) intentionally sold me on misleading information. After I went to get a refund and speak with the owner, another gentleman with glasses denied me that right and i was essentially left to clean up this mess on my own. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!!

Lying place. Do not stand behind there promises dirty store no friendly staff. And it is ridiculous to charge people to pay there bill anything extra at the store. Use to be the cheap way to go. Now your just greedy. Shame on you

Check your receipt before leaving the store! Make sure that there are no surprise charges before you leave the store! I just switched from Boost Mobile to Metro, taking Metro's deal for a discounted iPhone. Unfortunately, it took a full hour to port my number over from Boost Mobile (at Boost Mobile, your account number is a secret number) and I was distracted in the process. When I got home and checked things over, I discovered that I was not signed up for the $60 plan, as discussed and agreed with the store's sales people--I was signed up for a $76 plan ($60 plus a "Premium Service Bundle"). I was able to remove the bundle ("immediately") using the Metro App and received a $16 credit toward next month's fee, but I was/am disappointed that this occurred. This was not oversight on the part of the sales people: This was deliberate. Not a good start for a new customer relationship with Metro. Since the Metro stores in DeLand apparently share sales staff, I will likely use a different Metro store in another city in the future.

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. RACHELLE TRIED TO FIGHT MY WIFE AND HAS BEEN CSUSING TROUBLE WITH OUR ACCOUNT. SHE GAVE MY INFO TO HER SISTER WHO HAS THREATENED US. WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE AND MADE A POLICE REPORT AND NOW WAITING TO HEAR BACK WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT. DO NOT GIVE RACHELLE ANY BUISNESS SHE GOT US BUT GIVING A SOB STORY ABOUT THE COMPANY WANTING HER OUT AND STEALING HER SALES.

Went in to change carriers 2 lines 80.00 plus activate charge like the sign in store states free 5G phone ok he showed me free phones that is 4G hmmm I got a feeling I was being led away from the 5G ok I got the ACP and I had case and screen protector $275.00 out the door....right I told him never mind and walked out something was not Right
