I've been here a few times, I've always had a good experience, it's really easy to book an appointment and I've never had to wait very long, in fact my last appointment was for a sinus infection and I booked an appointment at 9 am for a same day 10 am appointment and I got there 10 minutes early they took me right in and I was out within 10 or 15 minutes with my prescription for antibiotics. I don't have insurance and the prices are really reasonable and the nurses/Dr are always nice.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I scheduled an appointment last night for 11:30 AM and arrived 5 minutes early. I’m on vacation to FL and drove 40 minutes out of my way to be seen. The provider took another patient instead of me even though my appointment was for 11:30. I confronted her and I said I had an appointment but no verification code. She said “you probably didn’t click all the way through to confirm it and you can wait out there to see if no one shows up for their appointment. Then I can treat you.” She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Extremely unhappy with my experience.

If I could give them 0 Zero stars I would they are not clear of what charges you will receive after visit. , they don't know what Quest will charge and seem like the have no regard as long as you (customer) pay their fees. I paid $192.00 for a visit that lasted probably 15 minutes and now Quest Diagnostic is billing me $161.00 . We are talking about $354.00. Do you think that's customer service? Just a little note about the hidden fees, but never clear and specific charges will be awaiting for you. Meredith never mentioned anything , actually I felt she was rushing to conclude the visit and the store manager MIA. Customer Service will tell you 100 times that they are sorry but they cant do anything for you. I will never ever go back to CVS , never. Matter of fact Walgreens will never provide such awfulService. I never experienced that. If I was made aware of the charges that I would receive I would have gone to a Doctors office . Irresponsible with the kind of Service they provide if they don't specify the charges you will eventually receive. This was a Matter of Trust that’s CVS obviously LACK!

Highly recommend! Easy to make appointment online; nurse Jacqueline Orlando was on time, EXTREMELY thorough & knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything & answered all my questions. So glad I drove the 40mi to get there-well worth it!

Went on line to book an appointment in DeLand, the website said not taking appointments you must visit store. Store hours were posted and employees stated attendants vehicle was there but didn’t know why clinic was closed and attendant did not respond to text. Clinic was empty but appointments were not available? Highly recommend going elsewhere very disappointed. Calling 800 number was automated and a waste of time

When did the minute clinic stop taking walk in patients? I went over there today with a sore throat (pustules on both sides) and was told they "were not taking walk-ins today". Wtf? Am I on another planet? There was no line, just me. I told the nurse my symptoms and asked if she would just please test me for strep, but she refused. Healthcare and humanity have no place at cvs apparently.

Well I'm not sure how the inside is ran but if its anything like their telephone its horrible. Can't get no one on the phone, I must've heard "in a few short words can you tell us your problem" over 100 times and after saying "not feeling well" or "im sick" it still asks in a few short words what is the problem.

WALK INS NOT WELCOME. I had a terrible ear ache and arrived at the MinuteClinic promptly at 9am on Sunday. The assistant who was setting up was so kind and communicative, but she said she couldn't do anything until the nurse practitioner arrived, which is understandable. At 9:07am the "professional" I had been waiting for finally strolled in and when the assistant said I was a walk in who wanted to be squeezed in, she rolled her eyes and said we have to make our appointments a priority...meanwhile I was the only one there. When I pointed out that I was the only one there but would be happy to wait (by this time it was 9:10am and still no other patient waiting to be seen), she went into her office, called the assistant in and they both emerged stating they could see me at 11am.I replied once again I was happy to wait but asked if there was any way to just take a quick look because i was in pain and still...I was the only patient there. She rudely said that it "wasn't quick because we have to do insurance," I replied that I self-pay (no insurance) and her response to that was, "well still, we don't even have to see you, because if you don't have an appointment you're putting everyone else out so she's doing me a favor by even seeing me at 11am." I was so appalled by her comment and lack of professionalism I stood up and said, "well, you don't have to be such a B about it and so much for the hippocratic oath, huh? Maybe you'd have been able to "squeeze me in" if you'd been at your job on time." And I left. It was 9:16 by this time and STILL I was the only patient there.I was able to be seen at another urgent care-and the appointment once I saw the Dr took literally less than 5 minutes. Oh, and by the way, I had/have both an inner and outer ear infection. Why even work at a walk in urgent care clinic if you don't CARE and clearly don't know the meaning of URGENT? The only saving grace was her assistant/nurse/helper, who was apologetic and very kind the entire time.

Make sure you ask questions about the price and services and see if your insurance covers them unless you want to be charged $800 for typically $60 service. It is partially my fault for not having asked more questions and denied unnecessary services. But hoping other patients don’t make the same mistake as I did because it’s ridiculous.

I had the best experience here last week. I had an upper respiratory infection and just wanted to make sure it was healing on it’s own and no antibiotics were needed. I walked in, checked in & was able to go home to wait to be notified that I was up next, so I could then drive in instead of waiting there. Everyone there was so sweet and best part, I was able to buy anything needed at the same place as well! The doctor was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and was assured of what I had and given a doctor note to rest at home. She actually cared about my overall well being and wanted to make sure I cared for my body as well. I will ONLY be coming here from now on! Thank you so much!

MinuteClinic offers safe, convenient appointments for both rapid and regular COVID testing. The rapid test results are returned within a matter of about 30-60 minutes and the regular testing results are returned within three days. MinuteClinic has made the process of scheduling appointments online as well as completing the testing very easy for patients.

I don't usually comment on pharmacies however this experience was incredible - at the drive through picking up rx and was given incorrect rx, before I drove away I asked and waited in line at drive through for twenty minutes to have corrected, avoid this place

Money well spent. I was really sick and don't have health insurance. I didn't want to run up a huge er bill and medexpress is about 250 bucks. I wish I could remember the nurse practitioner that helped me. She was kind and knowledgeable. She was careful to prescribe the most affordable meds she could. 24 hours and I'm already feeling much better after being sick for over a week. I highly recommend this.
