I will never return to this spa again and I caution all who are considering to go there. After several visits, my experience with the owner is one of mistreatment and complete rudeness. Customers are treated as a nuisance. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful even though I spent a lot of money in his salon. There are many other salons in the area. I will be looking elsewhere and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

I don't understand why people complain. If you let you toenails go to long then it is going to hurt. My nail tech was great. Did it hurt? YES but it is my fault and I deserve it for waiting to long. She was careful and understanding. Thank you for caring who ever you are. ?

Went here Sunday with my wife. When we walked in, we were told it would only be a few minutes, 30 minutes later we were finally seen. We both had manicures, and while the cuticle portions of our fingers were taken care of, that was about the extent of fixing they did. My wife's polish lasted all of a day, as after we left, we noticed it was already bubbly and terrible. Most of her nail tips, didnt even have paint on them, and the few that did flaked off by nights end. My nails were barely trimmed, and will likely need attention within the next day or so as they are already snagging. Would recommend doing your nails at home, or finding somewhere else to spend your money rather than here.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon, and I am 37 years old, so I have been getting my nails done for quite a while. Today I got a basic pedicure (which was fine and the tech who did it was very kind). The problem arose when I decided to also get a full set with tips and gel powder, which was done by a different tech. I opted for a French manicure with black tips instead of white. I even had a picture that I showed the tech depicting a this style at a medium-length and almond shape. He cut down the length to what was appropriate according to the picture, and we had also verbalized “medium” when we discussed length. By the end of the manicure I was not impressed with the job, but I was going to deal with it because I certainly didn’t have another hour to spend having it fixed.I am writing this review not because of the mediocre full set but because of what happened after. On my right index finger there was some dried clear gel that I pointed out to the tech, and he said that he would take care of it at the end. However, when he was finished I got up and left forgetting about the dried gel on my finger until I got outside. Because I have no acetone at home, I decided to go right back in so that he could remove it for me. And this is where things went wrong. Instead of grabbing a cotton swab and acetone to simply remove it from my finger, he started to PICK at my SKIN with his FINGERNAIL on the spot, standing in the doorway of this nail salon! While doing so, he managed to SLICE MY FINGER open like a paper cut WITH HIS NAIL, and he left my skin all jacked up where he had picked the dried gel off with his nail! I left the salon upset after he shrugged off the cut and told me to “get the rest of it off at home”. After I gathered myself, I went back in to speak to the man who seemed to be in charge. I was tearing up out of frustration, having just spent two hours and $110 on this terrible mess, and he commented that I must be “sensitive.” He then defended the tech and stated that my nails came out the way they did because of the short length. Again, I had asked for medium. There also was extra dried gel built up all under the nails, so another female tech came over and sanded it off and then used a file to clean them up as best as she could. She also used acetone to help remove the rest of the dried gel. It burned like heck because of the cut! The manager sat right next to me the entire time and didn’t apologize until the end, after suggesting that I was only displeased because I was “sensitive” and that it was my fault bc of the short length, when I had in fact requested medium. He didn’t offer me any compensation or even a sincere apology for his worker cutting my finger with his gross nail! Then after I left, I received a text message requesting feedback. I described the bad experience and immediately got a response asking me to call the store. When I called, the man did nothing to make it right and basically repeated all that he had said earlier. He then offered me $10 off next time. I told him that is ridiculous and that I wouldn’t be back. I am still extremely disappointed and mad that I wasted my time and money.UPDATE: After waking up with my finger red and swollen from the tech cutting me with his gross fingernail yesterday (see photo), I decided to try calling again to see if they would make it right. The manager finally spoke to me after hanging up on me several times, and he asked me to bring the nails back! This is laughable as I got a full set and will not be soaking them off myself as he suggested. He also told me I should not have tipped the tech if I was unhappy with the service, even though I tipped him before he cut my finger. I ended up receiving $50 out of the $110 I paid for a basic pedicure (done by a good tech) and the full set that cost $58. Despite saying I shouldn’t have tipped, they would not refund my $20 tip.SUMMARY: If you value professionalism, kindness and skilled technicians, please avoid this establishment.

I'll start by saying this was my first time here and only the second time in my life I've done a Mani-Pedi. I did feel it was a mini torture as they hurt me several times. The place looks very nice inside. The staff are very friendly. I was a bit confused about the process but they helped me through it. Nails turned out nice.

It’s usually always packed, but luckily late Saturday afternoon I got in pretty quickly. I told the gentleman doing my nails to just try to match my hair and he did a fantastic job and was super creative. I love them.

1 day before vacation I came into this salon, one that I have never visited before. I was taken aback by how beautiful the salon was and felt like it would be fine... For 4 hours I sat there. I gave the tech the design I wanted and and he could not do the design. It was not complicated. After 4 hours and a $47 later my nail are lifting left with unfinished acrylic uneven nail and a nail tech who was less than kind. Leaving in tears is not my ideal way to start my vacation. Please do not trust 1st appearances and go with what you know. I will not be going back and will never recommend to anyone else.

I don’t normally come to this salon, but we are leaving on Vacation and the salon I go to was closed. I showed her some more complicated nails and she said 60. I then told her never mind because 60 was too much for a fill (not even a full set). I ended up going for just a tip. She then starts working on the nails and waits till she’s almost done to tell me that these would also be 60! When I question it, she said it was because it takes a long time to do it. I then told her that the color/base is cloudy looking and nothing was done. I left because I had a long day at work and honestly didn’t want to fight with her. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. What you get and what you pay for just doesn’t add up.Service: Nail art

This was the best nail place I’ve ever been to, I live down in Fort Lauderdale and none of the places compare to the care and expertise that was put into my nails. I will definitely come back again the next time I’m up here.

I called and made an appointment for 5 of us for my mother's birthday. Upon arrival they were ready for us. We all sat and had our pedicures done at the same time and at the time of our appointment. It was a very nice experience. The chairs were nice. The people there were very nice. And the facility is actually pretty surprising when you go in there. Looking at it from outside you don't expect it to be so big and so well-decorated inside, but it is. This was my 2nd time there, and I will for sure go there again.

The nail techs were fantastic! My friend and I got gel manicures and they look amazing. They were efficient and had great customer service. There was a customer in the salon who was being very rude and obnoxious towards the workers, and they handled it with grace and ensured the rest of us were having a good experience. I will definitely be going again :)
