Every time I go here they never try to help. They especially can never answer questions. Brian refused to help me and stated he was busy. I notice that they prefer to serve a particular group of people, and their team is not diverse what so ever. Word of advice...All money spends, maybe I just need to get in the zone and tak my money to AutoZone. Last place I would recommend.

I’ve been to many Napa’s and always been met with great customer service this location is by the far is the worst….. The guy behind the counter was rude and bothered to help a paying customer. Mind you I’m coming here to buy a bunch of filters for my fleet of trucks and equipment…… I guess I will go to a different location.

This location made a big deal about returning a napa gold battery that i tried to return. Basically accused me of buying the battery at a junk yard. I have been buying the NAPA gold batteries for years. Never had a issue returning. I will be telling all of my friends about the experience. When your car battery dies in deland dont think this store will stand by the warranty. I will return the battery in Jacksonville(where I live)and let them know of the experience as well. This company let me down when I needed them to take care of their promise to warranty. I guess its time to change to another auto parts company for all my parts. Extremely disappointed in the company as a whole.

Don’t use this store… I had to return an item. And The money was supposed to be refunded to my card. And they put it as a return not a refund so I’ve lost almost 50 bucks. And their store will not take responsibility of returning my money.

No stars if I could help it. My car broke down in the parking lot near Aldi's (NAPA's neighbor) and the sight there was an oasis. I went in with my infant son and there's some slob eating mashed potatoes and told me NAPA couldn't help anymore due to policy change; meaning a service member couldn't go outside the area to help a potential customer. No way would they help me/us jump or even offer. Shameful representation. Their competitor, Advanced Auto Parts helped me resolve EVERYTHING in 10 minutes. Store manager will be notified.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible, super condescending and unwilling to help. I walked in a Saturday to make a hydrolic hose, the response was "We don't have the man power to make a hose today", clearing seeing three employees walking around. I've been here multiple times, a local trucker and spent hundreds in this store, they always have the same attitude towards the customer. I will never be coming back, better off going to Oreillys down the street.

Love my local NAPA. These guys get parts and tools FAST. Like REALLY FAST. I have special ordered several items online and they've gotten them in stock from their warehouse in less than an hour. They even stocked an oddball lawn mower battery I couldn't find anywhere else. This is the best place to go when you want something that's a little better than what AutoZone or Discount Auto carry.

It amazes me how their jingle is “Napa know how!” These guys don’t know how to do something as simple as replacing a battery on a key fob. Took my key fob apart then told me I had to take it to a dealership because they didn’t know how to access the battery to even identify what battery it needs or to change it. I left with my key fob still taken apart because these guys didn’t know how to put it back together, so then I went to AutoZone! One girl at AutoZone did what two guys at Napa couldn’t. “Napa Know How?” More like “Napa doesn’t know anything!”
