He can fix anything, makes necessary repairs, and provides smart ideas to help your vacuum last longer. He is never rude, patiently helps everyone, and is very reasonable. The store has a great variety of cleaning products, tools, and floor care equipment, with a vast assortment and surprisingly fair prices. He stands behind his products and service, going above and beyond, such as trading incorrect filters. This A+ business is one in a million and comes highly recommended for purchases and repairs, encouraging support for local stores over big box retailers.

George at Northside, customer service style is hilariously sarcastic but more importantly, very knowledgeable and helpful. My office is tough on the vacuums we purchased and are used a lot. Northside is always able to make the necessary repairs. Highly recommend!
