Went to the Deland location today. I tried calling several times to make an appointment however phone never answered. When I got there, no hellos, welcome or any form of common courtesy. Reprimanded literally 5 times about not making an appointment. The staff here needs major training in customer relations. Empathy goes a long way. Very disappointing experience.

I came in today with my fiance to donate blood and I had I wonderful time. Jasmine helped take my blood. She was very nice and caring. Because of her I will definitely be back to donate again. Thank you for all you do. God bless.?

I have been going to this place for years. Mark is wonderful. Things are good on site. Nice staff. The website to set appointment or redeem rewards is bad. Often is down and does not work. Who ever is their IT team is completely incompetent and needs to be fired. I am not the only one who feels this as others have the same feeling. I am frustrated with them.

I have been donating at this location regularly since 2018 and I have never had anything less than a great experience. The staff are friendly and skilled. I am a tremendously difficult stick and they have had a higher success rate than anywhere else I have had blood drawn. The staff always prioritizes donor safety and comfort. In five years I think I have had to wait twice and since I started making appointments online (takes about two minutes on the One Blood website) I haven't waited once. If you are considering donating, this is a great place to do it.(I am the guy in the grey t-shirt in the picture)

Well situated in this shopping center and easy to access, this facility is very clean and very comfortable. I've donated here for several years and the staff are always kind, courteous, and very efficient. The move quickly and with purpose.It would be nice if they served a four course meal after a donation but cookies and juice are more traditional anyway - that's what you get☺I never have qualms about visiting this location. Truly they are awesome.
