I lost my receipt for a battery I had purchased in Texas almost 3 years ago, I called the store in Texas and it didn't appear in the system. At the store in DeLand, Rob helped me and took his time and found in the system that it still had a warranty. Customer service is very good. Thanks Rob and O'Reilly.

We stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts for a battery for a key fob. The staff members helped us to open the fob and replace the battery. They also provided helpful advice regarding another matter. We appreciate their assistance and shared knowledge.
