Aaron handled my car purchase . He is extremely courteous and is also very knowledgeable. He was able to sort through the inventory and find the items very automobiles I wanted.
When I returned the next day, my vehicle was ready and Aaron had all the paperwork complete. He also gave me advice on how to handle my insurance.
Later I found this was Aaron’s day off , but he was here with a smile.

Racquel is the very best!! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My test drive was like a girls adventure. Full of laughs along with information about the vehicle. I can’t express what a pleasure it was working with Racquel. She even included the grand kids in our new vehicle excitement!!

Very bad experience, have bought a truck yesterday and ask the seller to clean a stain on the seat. They went for cleaning and didn't removed the stain and also make a hole trying to clean in the wrong place. They hided the problem, I received the car in the dust and haven't seen it just realized in this morning. The manager called me after I talked to the seller, to bring the car, since I live far away from the dealer I asked what they are going to do and they say have to see it. The pictures are clear that the upholstery need to be replaced, I really won't waste my time with this guys anymore, probably do a solution by myself. Also there is a hided dealer fee warranty that you must to pay for a used cars, $3,000. It doesn't shows at the bill of sale, very confusing. Never put my feet again on this place.

As an old Ford man I have never owned a Toyota but saw a used 2023 RAV4 at Parks on the Internet. Went to Parks and met Aaron Gollubier who was very helpful in answering all our questions and helping us through the sale at a very good price of our Toyota.

There are two things I despise. One is spending money. The other is buying a car at a dealership. I hate neither of these things as much as walking fifty miles between Seminole County and Cocoa Beach. So I had to spend money at a car dealership.
Billy, the salesman, and Orlando, the finance guy, made the process about as painless as a commitment to 75 payments of blood, sweat, and tears can be. They did a great job, but it was Brian in the shop that brought me to Parks. I trust him and that trust carries over to the dealership.
If you need wheels, give Parks a visit. You won't walk away claiming you stole a vehicle from them, but you'll be treated with respect and able to show your face to your friends.

Went online looking for a specific vehicle, Gina morgello had it ready for us at the drop of a dime. Handled our deal and all we did was swing by the dealer to sign. Didn’t pressure us and was understanding. Great experience
