I am in here often to buy cat food and litter for my 2 cats. Almost everytime I’m here the older lady with the short white hair checks me out. She’s rather chatty but usually nice. There have been a few questionable things she has said to me. But the reason I’m making this review is because I went in tonight to get cat food as I always do….its the same kind of food because my cat is extremely picky and will not eat anything beside chicken pate. This women goes “the same flavor?? Poor cat” excuse me?! I’ve had a few weird experiences with this employee (her replacing my litter deodorizer with carpet cleaner for example) but this was just uncalled for and rude. Still gonna give 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences with everyone else but that absolutely rubbed me the wrong way tonight

Was told a few months back my pup couldn’t come back because he bit someone completely understandable! Then they contact me a few days ago to schedule said pup we get there and pup isn’t welcome??? Then why the hell did they contact me (the same person contacted me all times in store and over the phone but she denies it) they were really rude and when I asked why he wasn’t accepted they repeatedly told me it was because he bit someone but they’ve called me 5 different times since APRIL to schedule him and deny him every time! I’d prefer if they just blocked my contact at this point will never being going back not even for my other dogs I’ve been going there for almost a decade

This is the second time I bring my dog here and both time I’ve paid 31 dollars for them to returned her wet. That’s not what I am
Paying for. Also they can’t ever cut her nails because she’s “too unstable”. She still has stained when I picked her up. I won’t be coming back. I gave you guys an opportunity to fix it.

1st appointment was fine. 2nd appointment for my 6 month was horrible. They left him in a crate for 2 hours past his appointment time and then called to say they couldn't groom him because he was too fearful. When my husband went to pick him up, he was fine. We were advised to schedule him for express grooming in the future so he wouldn't have to wait. Scheduled him for an express appointment today. Got a call from the person who was supposed to groom him asking if the appointment could be rescheduled because he didn't have time to deal with a dog who has 'kennel fear and aggression' today. Pretty messed up that a store advertises that they know and understand animals, even offer training, but they hire groomers who absolutely don't understand animal behavior. They even called back a second time because the first didn't understand me when I said 'take my dog off the book, we'll go somewhere else'. Giving 2 stars because his first appointment was great....
