I'm unsure what star rating to give, as I haven't rented with or used them as a property manager. This review is based solely on my limited interaction while trying to schedule a viewing of a potential rental through them.
As a former rental property owner who used a property management company, I'm familiar with the process and found their verification process highly suspect.
I wanted to view a house they listed in Deland, originally found on Zillow. I received a professional automated response directing me to ShowMojo for scheduling viewings.
However, upon filling out the ShowMojo form, I was asked for my credit card information to verify my identity. I'm uncomfortable providing this online, especially to an unknown entity.
I tried calling the company's two listed numbers, but both had automated messages redirecting me to ShowMojo. A Google search led me to a different number, where I finally reached a person who again referred me to ShowMojo, which again requested my credit card.
As a former property owner, I understand protecting investors, but asking for a credit card before viewing the house seems unprofessional. I'd suggest they find a new platform.
Most positive Google reviews are from property owners, though I did see one from a renter. While property owners seem satisfied, I advise this company to find a new scheduling platform for potential renters. With rampant scams, I'd also caution those potential renters against providing such personal information upfront.

I can’t say enough great things about PMI of Central Florida!!! They are amazing and anytime anything needs attention they are super quick with response time and helps get the matter resolved just as quickly! Jess is awesome she is so knowledgeable and so accommodating and fast!!! She can be in and out before I know it!!! One of the best teams to work with!!! I can’t say enough about David and the rest of his team at PMI Central Florida. I am a landlord of a single property and use David as my property manager. I had an unfortunate leak in one of the bathrooms at the rental house and had to go through insurance to get it fixed. I’d never been through that process before and don’t even want to think of what the outcome would’ve been if I didn’t have David’s guidance. The insurance company gave me ab estimate that was far lower than what the actual cost to fix would be. David informed me to reach back out to insurance with the quotes he’d obtained, and I was able to get far more than their initial proposal. David also found a licensed and insured contractor for me to complete the fix. As long as I’m renting a house, I’ll use David as my property manager. He cares for the property like it’s his own, and always keeps me in the loop of what’s going on.

Wanted us to enter our bank account login information (username and password) into a third party website to verify our income, and wouldn't accept pay stubs, proof of employment, and bank statements as proof of income like the rest of the world does. They say this third party is "secure", but in reality, they do not and cannot know what happens to your login information once you send it over.
Some banks support OAuth, in which case this method of income verification could be actually secure. But for the banks that don't, such as mine, not only are you providing your banking login information in plain text to strangers who pinky promise they won't intentionally or unintentionally leak your credentials, but this might actually void any protections you have from your bank against financial loss or fraud, regardless of any "agreements" they claim to have.
