My daughter checked in today online and st the kiosk. Waited 45 min to an hour. No one called or acknowledged her. Waste of time and when she tried to ask they ignored her. Unacceptable.

Tommi is such a pleasant person. I had a bit of mix up in the lab work orders. She went out of her way to work with me. I thought I would have to reschedule but she worked with me to make it happen. Very professional and very good. Thank you Tommi , Go Cowboys!

Michelle is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have a huge fear of needle. She was super quick! Getting blood drawn has been a painful experience in the past. Michelle was amazing and provided a completely pain free experience!

Delia was VERY rude to my mother at check in. I am livid and WILL be calling in regarding this matter. She was completely nasty and talked over my mom the entire check in process as if she were a child. I work in the health care field and professionalism and compassion goes a long way. This did not display Quest Diagnostics core values or simply GOOD patient care at ALL.

I have had my blood drawn annually for decades and have no bleeding or clotting disorder. The phlebotomist here, on two occasions, made the experience very painful and gave me a horrific bruise due to poor technique and shifting the needle around while taking the draw. Will never go back to this location. I would add a photo but quest disabled doing so - yeah, gee, I wonder why.

Location is clean and renovated. The staff is great, always on time for me and I haven't had any issues yet.

I was so impressed with the self check in and was called right when my appointment was set. Dealia and Alba were so warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. They also let me know about one test that was not covered. Thank you ladies! ♡

Bad service, bad customer service. Nurses messed up my apt and no one to talk to. No front desk, and the nurses that go back and forth calling names dont want to be bothered and are mostly pretty dismissive when someone approaches them. I will not return to this location.I will say the phlebotomist that finally was nice enough to check for me and did my exam was very nice, but I still will not return to this location.

Tommi is amazing. I have had trauma going to phlebotomists and she definitely helped me feel comfortable. She’s super quick and efficient and very patient and understanding. Will definitely be going back to her.

I use Quest for all of my blood work.It really helps to make an online appointment. I had 1250 today went in at 100 and finished by 110.Michelle was so pleasant I almost enjoyed getting stuck with the needle

All of the employees at this location are so RUDE. Like if you have no customer service skills you should go work somewhere else. So rude and very ignorant! And they like to argue back and forth with patients! Don’t bother making an appointment either. They don’t care AT ALL. I hope they close this location.
