Racetrac on Howland Blvd in Deltona. Restrooms smelled very bad. Not like someone just had taco bell for lunch, like hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Faucet did not work!

Frozen yogurt, coffee ☕, soda fountain, RTE 🥪 sandwiches, gas ⛽ and clean restrooms are standard for RACETRACS. This one is no exception!

I come in here every morning on my way to work for a breakfast sandwich and some coffee. But after my visit yesterday morning I’m sad to say I will no longer be visiting this location and probably no other Racetrac location again. I chit chat with the staff since I always see them, and I was disheartened to find one of them not feeling well. They, along with another girl, are upset and frustrated that they’re bullied into showing up for work when they are COVID positive. One of them was even handling food. If a company and store cannot properly regulate their food handling standards and policies and regulations for Covid protocols, it’s not a company I want to give my money to. You lost an average Joe.

The employees working in the afternoon after 3 pm today 6/16/24 were incredibly rude. No “hello” or anything. Ignored when I got to the registers and just stared at me. Worst RaceTrac experience ever. The managers need to retrain these two on customer service.

They keep the entire store locked and you have to buy out of the speaker box and wait for them to bring it to you. They also refused to sell us beer through the box because it couldn’t fit.

Got gas here and went inside the store for some much needed coffee before heading back home. The parking area is nicely maintained and the store inside is also very nicely kept clean. At the register was a very nice and welcoming lady. Glad we stopped here it made my day to have such a nice person behind the counter.
