The lady at the store was friendly and store organized.I'm upset because I spend$70 ,hair dye(4)developer,applicator bottle by onion and some other stuff,the problem is I used 2 hair dyes in the bottle like always do and as soon as I apply the dye the top came off and the dye went to waste mind you I have alot of hair so I needed all 4 dyes,when I called the store to complaint she he put me on hold and never came back to the phone very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Extremely lazy people seem to work here as this lady was sitting in a rolling chair blocking the hair dye & products aisle because she seem to be organizing (or whatever is that she was doing) that section. Why she couldn’t do it standing up was unexplainable to me? Therefore I was not able to finish my shopping comfortably.

This DeLand location is convenient. The lady named Amanda that's there when we normally go there is very helpful. I made sure I remembered to ask her her name again because I wanted her to know that we as customers appreciate her.Sally's is good when they have what you are looking for but can be pricey with some things & they do not have as many specials as they use to & their merchandise has drastically changed so you can't find what you're use to sometimes? I think this whole new market mix they've incorporated a ways back has something to do with it though,?? Hate it or love it!??

I bought a new pair of Wahl designer trimmers on Monday and used them on 1 cut. They never run again. Went to Sally's to exchange them, but was told I have to go through Wahl. So in mid-morning on Tuesday I had to use owners or take off work. You have to mail the defective set in so when they get them, they'll send you another pair. That's very wrong after a very short use, to have to lose money on their responsibility. Never again will I buy from Sally's. Rip off.

I like this Store but since when we have to pay for a bag I’m giving you my business I’m buying in bulk and then I have to pay for a bag I think that is absolutely ridiculous

Don't go to this Sally's. Was recommended a product to help pull the yellow tones out of my hair, had to spend even more money to fix my hair because the recommended product turned my blonde hair grey and purple. Just went in looking for color and asked for help but although I was the only person in the store, the lady wouldn't walk out from behind the counter, all I could get was a general pointing in the direction I might find what I was looking for. Left without getting anything. Will never go back

Very disappointed in the service here. The girls are young & not knowledgeable at all. It was quite frustrating & their demeanor & approach to clients were very inappropriate. I hope the manager fixes this with some much needed training.
