I want to like this place. It's convenient, and I like smoothies, but the associates seem miserable. It's as if they don't want to be there and I'm a burden for walking in to order. I'm not asking for a "my pleasure," like how Chick-fil-A responds, but if you don't want to be there please don't take it out on me. Ordering in advance via the app is what I'm trying now to see if that helps, but this week they didn't even realize I had ordered. At least they never forget to remind me I can leave a tip...

They are the slowest smoothie place I have ever seen. Always one or max 2 people working. They are struggling never seem happy to work here. Service is super super slow.

This is ridiculous if I could give a zero star I wouldn’t even given the one. Employee Isabella super rude. Got two açaí bowls and the toppings were not what I had asked for I kindly said can u fix this for allergy reasons my daughter can’t eat blueberries and on her bowl there was. She said immediatly I don’t see what’s the problem I said it again. She said couldn’t do anything about the situation. She has a boss and he doesn’t let her do another bowl without it being paid. Once again I said like really do you want me to pay for another bowl but I’m giving you back the balls I have in my hands. Also, by this time, those are already water down, I show her she said she can’t do nothing about it that her boss doesn’t let her do nothing. The other young lady offered to call her boss, then the same girl that started this issue said I just talked to my boss and he said he can’t do anything right now that he’ll get back to me I asked for his number she said she couldn’t give it to me, she said at this time I don’t know what the problem anyways, just ridiculous how this business is been running I left the water down bowls there with no money back and no new bowls. I sure hope somebody gets back to me after this.

Went to Smoothy King tonight after waiting 15 minutes the Acai bowl they handed to my husband dropped and went everywhere. They saw it fall but refused to replace it without us paying for a new one. Ok fine, we will by a new one even though it fell at the store but then we were advised they were actually out of Acai so we would not be able to get a new one anyway, but we could buy something else because they would not refund. When I asked for the manager's name to speak with, I was told they could not give it out! Not the first time we have had issues with this location. Would be really nice if customer service was a concern for this location.

Went thru the drive thru around 7:30 amAnd ordered a aqui bowl. This employee knows how to make them. This bowl was so delicious . She did an amazing job and the size and flavors were perfect!! Yumm!!

I always go inside to place my order. The employees are always working hard and are fast as well as organized. Smoothies are always tasty and nicely portioned so well worth the price.

I had been sitting in the drive through line for 22 minutes when I finally reached the speaker, two cars ahead of me had been served and several had left. I waited at the speaker for another 5 mins and no one spoke to me so I drove to the window where two employees looked at me and ignored me completely. I pulled around front and noticed two employees loading a promotional vehicle- but they didn't go anhwhere. It seems when the drive through has 7-8 people in it- all hands should be on deck. It was also lunch time- 12:30pm. I came inside to hopefully get better service and there isn't a soul in this store. There are only 2 of us customers in here and 1 employee in the front. There are at least 4 employees working currently that I have seen today. I completely understand short staffed places of service, that's why I waited as long as I did. This was callous and disrespectful behavior. Get some better cameras to watch the back and you'll see how much business you're losing by the employees having an attitude that the drive through will leave or come in.

Main manager girl needs to be fired. Never been met with such rudeness and disrespect in my life. The smoothies are fine. The employees however? Clearly y’all don’t take much care into who you hire and who you make a manager. If that girl can’t work on her attitude maybe she needs to be demoted or fired. Fix the issue.

Came back after years to find they are still just as slow. 25 min for two smoothies and no one in front of me. They have been slow and rude for so long I almost think it's a requirement to work there. I don't know how this place stays open.

The worst.. I walk in to order and no one greets you or ask your order. Had two employees on the side where the smoothies are made, no eye contact or assistance given. Had one employee walk in front of me three times behind the register and said nothing or asked to take my order. Once I asked if someone could take my order, all three employees just look at me and stare like I asked for directions to Japan. At that point I walked out, horrible attitudes, just fire them all and try again.

Worst customer service ever!!! Waited at least 15 to 20 minutes at the window finally the owner came to the window and he seemed to not even care my smoothie was pretty much melted by the time I got it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Yeah the smoothies are alright but that’s not even the worst part… the employees are so rude she didn’t wanna take my order and i overheard her asking the other coworker if she would take my order and she said no. and that upset her… never coming back

Lol so disappointed and I know the employees reading this will careless. Anywho went here order 2 smoothie bowls $25 bucks. Pulled up to the window the lady didn’t come to the window till after the bowls were complete and soon as I tried to hand her a $50 she could not take it…I didn’t have my card on me so I was screwed. Not only did I wait the time for it I could not get it. Lol why don’t you have a marker to check bills if that’s the issue lmao. I know for a fact because we are young Hispanics she didn’t take the 50….

I used to come here for smoothies a lot then I stopped for awhile until I try the smoothie bowls which they are great by the way, but I do not like how rude the employees are there. I encountered a girl, tall and skinny with reddishn dark burgundy hair. She is very rude to her coworkers and customers. Looks at you with a blank stare when you say thank you she is not very well mannered and professional and an attitude that want you to cave her face in. I think I won’t be coming back again until she learns to lose the attitude or possibly gets fired.
