Customer service to the product provided is all garbage. I truly believe the Amish have better internet than what spectrum can provide, charge premium rates for garbage internet then monopolizes the area. Garbage company, terrible service. PICK ANY OTHER COMPANY

Went in for a few mobile issues one was fixed. Other still happening on a brand new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Also, employee stated he'd call me when their mobile system was up and running and never did. So now I'll have to go back again to see about my phone records I requested.

When arrived no wifi boxes to exchange,had to make online appointments to pick up box, set up box but wifi not working, call costumer service with no luck, set up appointment for technician to visit my home and he was able to fix the problem, but my issue is no credit to my account for no service, but bills keep increasing, no loyal programs for long terms costumer. I give a 2 stars only because technician was the best person I encounter.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THIS COMPANY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER! I WORK FOR A DENTAL OFFICE THAT HAS HAD SUCH A HARD TIME WITH YOU COMPANY! NO ONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING! AS A BUSINESS WE RELY ON OUR PHONE LINES THAT HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED MUTLIPLE TIMES SINCE SEP! THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE! GOING FROM ENTERPRISE (WHICH WE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR) BACK TO BUSINESS HAS BEEN PURE HELL! AND AGAIN YOU TALK TO DIFFERENT REPS EVERY TIME! NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THE OTHER REP NOTATED WHICH IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING EVERYONE IS ALWAYS STAING (WE ARE NOTATING YOUR ACCT!) This place sucks. I came in to return a modem since I am no longer a Spectrum customer. I was #11 in line. After waiting for 15 minutes the guy that was in front of me told me that he was waiting for half an hour and the line hadn't moved at all. This whole time, no one ever greeted any of us. There were no apologies for waiting. Nothing. And people just kept coming in. This is no way to run a business.

This one star rating is not for the third technician who came to my house in a week Gerald he was amazing.The one star rating is for the fact that it took three visits four technicians to do a v9 maintenance.3 days 8 hours of having to get inconvenienced and miss time from work and all I wanted was the supervisor of customer service to say the words I'm sorry we inconvenience you sorry this happened show some empathy show why your customer service supervisor.I was told I was unreasonable because I wanted an apology for having to do a 1 to 3 hour maintenance take 8 to 9 hours he absolutely refused to do anything except to offer me $20 credit that was nice why would you ever refuse to say I'm sorry that's the level of service that spectrum gives it's customers

I have been a Spectrum WI-FI customer for about 15 years and a mobile customer for more than 5 years.I always go to the Spectrum store in Orange City and have always had fantastic customer service and support. Whether I simply need a router or remote replaced, to asking lots of questions before making a buying decision, to asking “dumb questions” on how something works on a cellphone, I have always had a wonderful experience and left completely satisfied.Additionally, though the people working at the store must encounter hundreds of customers every week, they actually remember that they have assisted me in the past.Management must be very proud of the staff at this location.
