The only private home Rated by Trip Advisor as "Top 10 Attraction In The USA." The famed hatmakers 1886 mansion is Florida's largest, grandest and most historic home built before 1900. It is one of the first homes in the world designed and built with Edison electricity. Florida's first "Gilded Age" estate has been enhanced to current standards as if the original wealthy Stetsons were in residence. It is not frozen in the old Victorian era. Guided tours visit all rooms on all three floors. Visitors walk on 16 different patterns of original stunning parquet floors and look through 10,000 panes of antique window glass. The extravagant "Christmas Spectacular!" decorations are rated #2 in the USA. Reservations Required for all tours and visits.
Beautiful home but difficult to see it through the Christmas decorations. Definitely overpriced for a walk through.

If you love local history, this is a great place to visit. 1st city to have Christmas lights. Our guild Deb was delightful and really enlightened us with her knowledge.
