The customer service was horrible. Went into the store to see why the internet box is not connecting, without a look, they told me to call customer service. Worst experience.

I was about to to come in, but saw the employees sitting on the counters and decided against it. I wanted to switch from Verizon, but if that's how these people run things here, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a new iPhone 14 one year ago and from the moment I left the store I discovered multiple applications on my new phone did not work, I tried everything with multiple different T-Mobile employees and nonstop contact with Apple customer service to no avail. On January 24, 2024 I took my chances and walked back into T-Mobile on Woodland Boulevard in Deland Florida to yet again complain and to get assistance fixing my phone. We still ran across multiple problems however, there are two employees there named "Kai and Kim", they were absolutely fantastic, Kai actually figured out how to fix the apps on my phone and Kim was very resourceful with contacting Apple customer service and actually made things happen. Both of these young ladies are outstanding T-Mobile employees and I truly hope that corporate recognizes how good they are at their jobs and how good they are with customer service.I highly recommend the T-Mobile located at: 2605 Woodland Blvd DeLand, FL and I would highly recommend both Kai and Kim to assist you with any issues you are having with your cell phones. These young ladies were able to do something within an hour that no other store representative nor Apple customer service could resolve.Thank you very much Kai and Kim for all of your assistance yesterday,Marcy

Came in acquiring about service and spoke with Kai such a great person she gave me all the details I needed as well as answered any questions that I had for her. She really got me to switch to T-Mobile after I spoke with someone who really wasn’t explaining the plans to me too well I was a little nervous but she was great thanks again Kai I really appreciate your time and patience with me.

Great customer service from Kai after a bad experience from care on the phone went to a store and got my bill explained to me into details. Sure a Great job in explaining from her the best way she could!

Went in with problems with my phone. Wasn't in the best mood but Kai was still trying to help me even with my bad attitude. I even apologize to her a few times but she fixed my phone and kept a smile on her face. Thanks again Kai u were amazing.

Stay away from this store! I have had two interactions with two different store employees and both have been very negative. One employee gave me a free link with a new phone purchase and shared it was part of the phone purchase. A month later I was billed for the service. I returned the link and was told they never received it. UPS was able to track it to them. Second interaction, was with an employee named Niko. I had a hardcopy of a 24 month contract on hand and was told my contract was for 30 months. I was never given a phone purchase contract and when I inquired about it Niko shared it was not his problem since he wasn't the one who assisted me with the phone . He was rude, unprofessional and slipped to the back while I was on the phone with a T Mobile representative who resolved the issue. I love T- Mobile but that store is horrid.You really need to do some employee training or free some for other opportunities!

They opened the doors on time. However, I should have read the reviews before stopping here. The employee did not seem to want to help us. I'm giving two stars only because the other employee offered advice to the one helping us. They didn't have the product we were looking for in stock. The employee stated they had no idea when they would get it in. The other one said they could call us. So we will see what happens.

Just left the store with 3 employees and no customers and all 3 refused to help me with my account. North DeLand store helped and was awesome! This store is only looking for sales. No customer service.

Check your receipts very very carefully at this store. They will absolutely add items and lines without your consent for commission. My husband went in for a new phone, they added insurance, an extra line, and charger all without him asking for it or with his consent. He only found out when he looked at his account. Total scammers at this store. Would highly recommend finding a different place to give your business. To make it worse it is the manager (Freddy) giving directions to the associate and is clearly aware of what is happening.

The young people helping were eating and talking about their dates instead of helping me. They didn’t know how to transfer my data. I was the only customer there upgrading my phone and it took me almost 3 hours. They would disappear to the back room and leave me alone for 15 mins at a time. Ridiculous

Freddy the manager was excellent, he addressed all of my issues in a quick efficient manner. My local t-mobile is the one in lake Mary lake Emma, will never be going there again I rather drive 30 minutes to this t-mobile instead. Excellent store.
